I think it's fair to say that I would never have been able to replace my heating element without this video. Who would have thought that you would have to bend metal parts, cut insulation, etc. to get at the heating element. My old element was also difficult to get out as it was broken and getting the new element screwed in place was made difficult by the insulation being in the way. Great video!
I didn't mind the length as you show a real situation. I feel confident now to do it myself.
Thank you very much
You’re welcome thanks for watching my video💯💯👍🏻👍🏻

Great video. This helped me a lot!
Very helpful, i ran into the same difficulty with insulation and the second hidden plate. Thank you.
I reviewed numerous videos before starting this job. No other video came close to showing what I actually encountered when replacing the hidden bake element. Even this wasn't exact, but it was very helpful. Thank you DIY Repairs Now!

You’re welcome thanks for watching my video
I'm going to cut the insulation with a good exacto blade to save tearing it all up. Thanks for the vid.
can you help me? I have a kitchenaid oven. How can I repair the blue part of the oven, which has detachments, holes in some parts? some glue or putty that resists high temperatures and then paint?
Hello. I have a kitchenaid very similar to this. Although mine is a double oven. My problem is the top oven, everything works on the bottom oven as it should. In the top oven, the hidden element works but the top element does not work in either bake or broil. The convection fan works fine. I have tested the element for continuity as well as the temp sensor both are fine. Next I checked the temp shut off fuse by the blower motor, it also tested fine. What would be the next thing to test? The control board? How would I do that? BTW, the display panel is working as it should. Thanks in advance.

Hi, does the Model number end 04 (numeric) or O4 alpha O?
Hello, The Model Number Ends in 04, Numeric.
What could be wrong with my 4 year old..Kitchenaid convection Oven…if toaster comes on …but bake won’t work?
For whatever reason, our KA election oven doesn’t have the model number on the door frame and we didn’t get the manual for it when we brought this house. I believe it is the same model as the one shown in your video.
Could you please provide me with the model number of the one in your video?
Thank you.
