I just love how he was keeping the extra rounds to top off the mags like you mentioned, whenever I do limited ammo runs I always run into that issue of running out for my mags if I get a bad roll. Gun knowledge does for sure! The biggest obstacle is converting any knowledge into the controllers and becoming just as efficient in VR as you are in real life!

Trick with dustpan is to stab with it. Breaks boxes on the first hit that way, probably does more damage to sosigs too - I play hardcore most of the time so I don't go to melee basically ever, so I'm not sure about sosig damage with it.
Solid run. If it was me, I would've rolled the second 6-point AR. I don't know exactly what the Classic AR table looks like, but I feel like you would've had a good chance to get an AR with a top rail, and maybe even 3 full-size mags. And I think you still would've had enough points left over to get an extra mag if anything, but definitely at least a sight if the 2nd one was compatible. Then the play at the end might've gone differently. I almost wanna say I would've taken down or concussed the sosigs first, but the time taken to do that might've cost you points-wise anyway. I wish the game's scoring system was more clear. There's so much that's unknown. Like what causes a "melee takedown" to register from a bullet, or whether you even get points for node activation takedowns.
In hindsight I feel like I could have finished it easily if I ran to the corner where I swapped my pistol and instead went up the ladder quickly, laid down and took my time to shoot. And the weapon tables for Classic Louis are all over the place, you can get things like M1 Carbines all teh way up to AKs and M4s so it is always a giant gamble. I considered that M16 a win lol

I actually own both a caplock and a flintlock pistol irl because in europe it is the only Home Def guns you can get. It aint cheap but probably cheaper than a regular gun. Also the cap is way better
I was actually hoping to shoot footage and post that today, but I kept dying and couldn't get a good run going! That plus being in the middle of a heat wave made me save it for another day. It does deserve the recognition though!
Whats that pickup mechanic that youre using tobi? it looks easier to use rather than holding the joystick then grabbing. answers from others appreciated as well.
Do you ever sprint into rooms and hit the hold sphere to asplode all the sausages instead of slowly clearing it? I do it to save ammo and rarely get hit
I haven't confirmed if you get kill credit for that. I know for sure that it doesn't count as a headshot, so you are losing points by doing it. Need to do some testing.
Ok... I'm in the top 3 on almost every character on spawnlock mode but i DON'T KNOW how did you reload that bolt action rifle without releasing the grip. I only know how to use the new slidebolting feature. Any help plz? :D

That is a gamble basically. Can be anywhere from absolute garbage to something worth way more than what you paid for. I don't think that roll exists anymore though.
Hes physically walking around the room, I have about a 10'x10' space and it really helps while trying to dive behind cover quickly, just gotta make sure your helmet is trapped on tight haha

I totally biffed out when the guy came in and told him he could use the power-ups. Had no idea there was someone in a call with him haha

I hate that damn room you had to do Hold 5 in. I still post up in a high corner despite their ability to climb, but I've lost a few times in there.
It is definitely much harder than it used to be! Was easy to lay down on top of those raised areas and cheese the nodes before. Not so much now.

You're right, I'm pretty sure the front edge counts as a blade, could probably decapitate with it. Will have to keep that in mind.

Yup, it's the cost. Depends on the character too, but you tend to have to live with worse weapons at the beginning and use your tokens wisely

Which locomotion does he use? I think it’s arm swinger but while clearing rooms and things he does fine movements without moving his hands
Check the locomotion options, you can add a base speed to arm swinger :)
