A commentary walkthrough of Dark Cathedral from Bloodlines: Out of the Grave Edition which is a partial conversion for Blood. Played through the Blood: Fresh Supply port with Well Done difficulty selected. This level is much bigger and has more combat that most players would be accustomed to when playing blood. Although this stage features a boat load of Bloated Butchers. There's a lot more secrets with two of which are necessary to get 100% kills one at the bottom of the bell where the spiders and napalm reside, and the fake wall secret which leads you right outside the cathedral entrance plus the mega secret. Only gripe is that since this is the Fresh Supply version of this mod, the ladders are broken which forces you to do some Build Engine platforming. But aside from that, solid level.

it's so strange when blood isn't being absurdly cruel to the player, it feels wrong. The level design is interesting, but i think the secrets are the best part, going for the more comedic approach with some gives it a unique personality :D

Agreed. Bloodlines isn’t the hardest mod but it sure is a visually striking one for that matter. I loved the secrets in this one too.
