You need to see if Trails End brewing in Coeur d Alene will run this. It’s perfect!

And the winner of the best drone nature video goes to…. wait for it… Danny S!!! The crowd goes wild!!! 😊😊😊
OMG!!! What an AMAZING compilation!!! We loved every scene!!! Bravo, bravo!
The opening drone scene through the valley was a total knockout punch!!! You were a tiny dot on the road surrounded by all that open wilderness. Those downed trees looked like toothpicks!!! It is mind blowing that you are the only one there looking back and looking ahead!!! We loved this shot and watched it countless times!!!
The next scene was just as breathtaking with those mountain peaks in the background and the sea of pines. It gives a great perspective on how really small we are on this planet!!!
Scene after scene was spectacular!!! We loved the Wigwam adventure you did!!! Breathtaking views of the mountain tops, the Alpine Lake, and Priest Lake in the background!!!
Those mountain peaks reminded us of waves coming in on the ocean. You can see them from as far as the eye can see.
Even the mountain ridge itself is gorgeous!!!
There is a scene where you can catch a glimpse of you walking away from the cliff and you look tiny compared to all the wilderness surrounding you. OMG, we were in awe!!!
You included some of our favorite scenes from the Steven’s Peak Loop and a few we don't recall seeing!!! The beauty is staggering!!!
I think the winter footage of those high mountain lakes is as beautiful as in the summer!!! Seeing how the ice forms on the lake from that elevation gives a great perspective!!! It is mind blowing how far you can see in some of those winter scenes. Those ridge tops look razor sharp!!! The way you toggled back and forth from the lake to the mountain peak and then the big reveal over the ridge (4:35) was worthy of a cinematic award!!!
The drone footage over the frozen lake and gradually gaining elevation was awesome!!! It felt like we were there!!!
The sharpness of the ridge in the Fault Lake scene blew us away. I could stare at just that scene for hours!!! At first, we thought that was morning haze that hadn't burned off yet, but later we thought it may have been smoke from the fires. We loved those approaches just before the crest of the ridge and were blown away with the reveals!!! Even in the smoke, those mountain lakes looked gorgeous!!! They are so peaceful and tranquil and paired so perfectly with the music you chose!
Harrison Lake is as beautiful in the winter as it is in the summer. You could easily argue more!!! I am not sure what the name of the peak was in the scene at 9:32, but tell me that does not look like the Paramount Pictures Logo or the Matterhorn!!! You followed it up with that INSANE sunset!!!! Jaw droppingly beautiful!!!
We loved the flyover the frozen lake. It looked so cool!!! Pun intended. 😊
I am not sure if you were using a filter OR if that was natural sunlight at the 10:26 mark, BUT OMG!!!! That looked so beautiful and so peaceful. OMG!!!
The shot of you panning backwards (not sure that is the correct term) over the lake in the Blossom /Pear / Revett Loop scene was spectacular!!! That area is so beautiful!!! We cannot wait to visit that area!!! Those lakes look like puddles in between a carpet of pines!!! Breathtaking!!!
We paused the video around the 12:12 mark just to take in the number of trees that were surrounding the lake. There were densely populated trees as far as the eye could see. There had to be millions!!!
That overhead shot at the 13:02 mark with you on the peak looking over ALL of that expanse and the lake in the background was another great shot that gives a great perspective on how insanely vast that area is!!
Love the drone shot over the lake with the gradual rise as you get near the shore. Those trees looked like they were dipped in white frosting!!! What a great view!!! Then you followed that up with another shot showing yet again the vastness of the area!!! Those trees looked like a green carpet. There had to be millions of them.
The scene overlooking the valley and all the clouds in the sky looked so incredibly surreal. That lake was the only bare spot, the rest was a sea of white colored pines!!!
The Chilco trail scene when you and Tessa were hiking up the mountain and the drone looked back at in the distance was amazing. We looked pretty hard, and we thought we could see farms in the background. How cool to have such beauty so near to civilization. Once you got outside the rocky area, it looked like the mountain was wearing a sweater with all those trees!!! We thought we saw a road at the 16:28 mark. We look forward to driving on that!!!
Some of those snow-covered mountain tops look like they could be in the alps!!!
Loved the additional footage from the Beehive adventure!!! Your drone really did a great job in all that snow!!! What amazing shots!!! It is SO beautiful when it is snowing!!!
We watch footage of the town of Leavenworth all the time. They have 4 cameras, and you can see the entire town from different angles. Only two cameras are working now, but it still looks nice. We have not seen the surrounding area and that rushing river footage was AWESOME!!! What a beautiful area!!!
Ohhh, don't even get us started on Peewee Falls!!! Another heaven on earth site!!! We remember that video and Lolly was quite the character!! That waterfall is SO breathtaking and so is that entire area!!!
When we first saw the video title with thought it would be a collection of previously seen material. OMG, were we in for a surprise!!! It was obvious you had a clear plan to make this video for a while with all that AWESOME drone footage!!! It was like getting punched in the face with jaw dropping beauty!!!
We cannot imagine how long it took to edit this entire video!!! You crushed it once again with the soundtrack. I have listened to / watched this video at least 6 times already. I love that you looped it 3 times, it is so peaceful and relaxing!!! You definitely have a special talent for this type of work my friend!!! Your camera shots and angles were second to none. This was by far, no doubt, hands down, an award-winning cinematic masterpiece!!! Some of the best work you have ever done AND that is saying A LOT!!!
We cannot wait to see what you have in store for us next!!! You are getting close to that 4K sub mark. This video will do wonders getting you passed 4K and on the road to 100K!!!
Be well and stay safe my friend!!!

Oh my gosh.. you nailed every video location that was tied to the different shots of the video. There's only person who I could expect to do that.. and his name is MonGo WonGo!!
There were definitely some shots in this video that never made the 'final cut' in some of the videos so I'm glad you enjoyed those and I'm impressed you were able to pick that out!
I recently had an external hard drive issue and almost lost ALL of my footage. Thankfully the Geek Squad at Best Buy was able to recover most of everything. I had some drone footage from Hunt Lake that never got uploaded in that video that I made, but I was unable to track it down after everything got copied onto the new hard drive. Big Bummer there!
I can't believe you've watched it six times through already.. seriously.. much appreciated!!
My next plan is to create a full video that is very similar, but with all of the hiking shots and drone footage! I'm not sure how long I'll be able to create it because I want it to be 95% walk-by shots, and not "hold the camera and walk" shots, and I only just started dong that more in the last couple of years so we'll see!
Can't wait to hit 4K!!... and on both channels! 100K is a ways out, but I hope to get there someday for sure! Can't thank ya enough for the support!

😊😊😊 I just watched the video again before the game today!!! I LOVE IT!!!
We are glad you shared those videos!!! The video that does NOT make it to your final cut IS better than most videos out there!!!
Oh man!!! Sorry to hear about your hard drive. Whoa, that must have been nerve racking until you got it back!!! Sorry to hear about the Hunt Lake footage!!! That means you will have to go back out there and get some more!!! 😊
I am not sure what happened to your hard drive, but you might consider getting a NAS (network attached storage). That is a device that will allow you to set up multiple hard drives using RAID and if one drive fails, you can just replace the drive and it will rebuild itself. You won’t lose any data. I have 2 QNAPs, but Synology and Western Digital make some user-friendly ones.
You might also consider getting some secure cloud storage. I have plans with Idrive and pCloud. pCloud offers a 1-time fee for life. So, depending on how much data you have, you may consider either a NAS, cloud, or get another external and back the backup, up. 😊A good rule of thumb is the 321 rule. Three backups on different devices, two local, and one off site. Backups are not sexy and require $$$, but they can save your bacon if you ever get in a pickle or a jam!!!
Wow, that will be an awesome video!!! We cannot wait to see it!!!
Hehehehe, keep up this outstanding work and 100K will be closer than you think!!!
