I think they disabled the power pole because the metal bench is what made it spark, and the metal bench is no longer there, so my guess is that they need the metal bench in order for it to work.
no it actually can spark without the bench cause the wires are made of a tesla coil that can actually spark anything without harm cause it’s low voltage
While I’ll admit sometimes the commentary during the sequence is cheesy and distracting, having NO commentary from the tour guide is just odd. Was she distracted?
I'm glad it's that way. All tour guides have finally been told to "can it" during the show. It really ruined the experience, its best to let the sounds speak for themselves.
