In my opinion its much better as it allows for the ride to "speak" for itself. This is especially true after the addition of the new soundtrack. The stupid jokes and pointless dialogue from an unexperienced tour guide really kills the experience. It seems that this is why the new soundtrack is much louder. Instead of some bad jokes, you get to listen to the powerful sounds of mother nature's dark side as well as hear the entire set crack and groan as everything falls apart.
@kimberly11091 The shaking has been toned down, but it mainly has been done to make it feel less bouncy and more wavy and rumbly like a real seismic event. The sound however in my opinion makes up for any lost intensity in the reprogramming of the gimbal platform. In essence its more subtle, but the tram "shakes" more rather than bounce more.
@@mikegames237 Yes that is true. But unfortunately some guides like to practice their failed comedic routines and just ramble and rant during the ride sequence. If you look up other videos of this attraction, you'll see how awful some guides are and how it kills the experience. When guides mute themselves, it lets the soundtrack really speak and from what I've seen, the shock factor increases.
The truck comes down 1:09
The watermain broke 1:58
Big subway train accident 1:44
It feels so weird without hearing people freak out 😫

The context is that there narrator can’t speak after the speakers of The tram are de circuited from the shake
