So it means the party should be completely exempted, no matter to whomsoever they have given invitation and so far wedding hall owner is concerned yes he must have a check on gathering...
The act of those people gathering without paying heed to the seriousness of corona pandemic was obviously punishable but the violation of a particular law by a person doesn't gives the authority to the DM to misbehave with him/her. The use of physical force in a defaming way like the DM did is not permitted by law and is also not appreciable..
@@SurendraAdvocate The DM's intention was to stop spreading of corona virus but also we cant ignore the misbehaviour that he did. Therefore, suspension will come out to be a very harsh decision over his misbehaviour as he was working for a good cause but at the same time he needs to be taught how to behave with people while performing his duty. Suspension will set an example that this is what one gets after putting all his efforts into the enforcement of law. Therfore, he should be given a warning and should be given a second chance to reform his behaviour towards public.
