Sometimes, she told the same jokes a few times, but she delivered it like it was the first time and made everyone laugh, even if you heard it before.
When she came up with a new joke, her theory was that she would try it out 3 times and if it failed all 3 times, she wouldn't use that joke anymore

I know Joan repeats her jokes sometime way too many times but to me she's the best! And on Graham Norton she's even more hilarious than ever :)
That's the thing though. Comedians during her time didn't have things on repeat. New shows, different people so you'd say the same jokes for new people. But now that we have the internet, we see clips from things everywhere, so you hear the same jokes. It's just a habit. Clever really. She was great.

I had to laugh at how Graham had her on at the same time as Jeremy and James. At least the two boys embrace their age and don't care to where they even admit they are 'two fat old men'.

After this Graham Norton show appearance, the top gear guys said that Joan Rivers was the funniest person they've ever met in their entire lives. High praise from them indeed and I can see why they said that.

I think Joan is so funny, but I think its such a shame what she has done to herself. I'm sure she wouldn't look half as bad natural as she does all worked on.
I know I'm 7 years too late, but, have you seen any pics of her when she was younger, before she had plastic surgery? She looked so much older back then than what she did before she passed
