Blaming Wilder is senseless, the man can’t do right for doing wrong. Inadequate players have cost us this season, not either managers skill set.
Wilder the man who keeps starting someone in midfield who's publicly slagged his own teammates off on social media and doesn't even want to be at the club. The man who waits till we're 4 nil down against Villa before making a substitution. Wilder who's failed at three different clubs in the last 18 months in two different leagues. The man who walked out on us last time when it got tough and demanded millions as a payoff. No other premier league club would've touched him this season if a managerial vacancy opened up. Hecky failed at Leeds and Hibs spectacularly. Did well at us and Barnsley. He's a championship manager. The players and both managers are nowhere near good enough for this level.
He should be sacked he's the worst manager you deserve to be in the prem but not with a manager who doesn't know what he's doing
Why drop Holgate instead of Trusty? Why keep playing a keeper who's obviously off form and struggling? Why go to a back 4 when it's never worked before? Why play Souza who's looked out of his depth at this level time and again and who he's dropped before? Wilder has to look at himself and examine his erratic decision making.

No chance of going up next season. Wilder is the wrong man. Don't trust he can do the rebuild that will be needed for next season. Didn't want him back, but supported him as he is the manager. Souza doesn't try hard enough I fee. Trusty not good enough for premier. Young though so maybe one day he will be. Grbic terrible. Wes isn't much better. Defensively we are hopeless.
If Grbic starts the next game, there's no hope. Foderingham has GOT TO start against Man Utd

Even if Chris thinks that though, he can't hang him out to dry so blatantly in the media as it's just unprofessional. They'll make whatever decisions they need to behind closed doors and go from there, shouldn't need to air their dirty laundry to the press.
I agree I don't think Grbic is particularly good (can't think of one great save he's made since being here) and Wes was probably better, but there is more to it than just the performance on the pitch.

When we’re on top of our game we cause teams problems…should have gone 1-2,2-2,3-2… what?? we’ve only won 3 times all season just deluded. Lucky to get away with just 1-4

The whole squad other than arblaster, brooks and robbo (I know robbo didn't play today) need to go. Wilder should never have come back but why the hell is Grbic on the pitch. Let him go back to Spain. League 2 would be too difficult for us right now. The whole squad other than 3 players and management need to be gone. Shambolic. Yeah get rid of Hamer who defends better than our actual defenders and is the only bright spark up front. Get rid of Osborn who can do a job in multiple positions. Brooks is one for the future but he was terrible today so I've no idea how he's not getting criticised for his performance today either
Hamer I agree yes. Osborn possibly a season contract but the rest is shocking. Brooks actually put a few good tackles in when he came on.

He's been an awful manager for the last 18 months at three different clubs. Not hard to work out. Players are a shambles but he's beyond lucky to be coaching at this level. If a foreigner was in charge right now the supporters would be absolutely hammering him.

Problem is can Wilder build a team to challenge next year it’s doubtful but neat a goalie immediately couple of good defenders and when mcatee goes a playmaker and now Norwood is past is sell by date we need one for next season I think we’ve had too many positions changes with injuries but moral today melted
