As a psl native most of the old homes are cbs and we're built in the 50s and 60s and these old homes are going for 250k to 300k for 2 bed 1bath and yes non hoas are nice but code enforcement is everywhere
Yes there are more of the older cbs homes on eastern side of psl, you'll also find the older wood frame homes as well which tend to be in the central and western areas. PSL has changed alot over the years and the city is doing a good job of keeping the city overall in nice shape etc.
PSL is a weird city. A ditch in every front yard. I am in the Becker Rd area. I like my HOA community. No ditch and curbs on the street. I wish we had more businesses here on the south side of town. It takes 15-20 minutes to get anywhere. Food, shopping, hospitals. The worst thing about PSL - PROPERTY TAXES ARE STUPID HIGH!! Like among the highest in the state.
Moved here from PA in June. The travel times of twenty minutes absolutely blows me away. Never seen anything like it and I lived all over the country. Even if its five miles it can take 15 mins.
Yes I agree with having more businesses , restaurants etc. There is lots in the works right now that I am hearing from the big developers but we will wait and see
I live in New York and I would like to meet up with you re_ buying a home in Port St lucie I saw where u mentioned places to avoid due to traffic and order which could bring down the value of one home
I appreciate your comment, I will try to keep the picture of the maps up longer on the next vides I do in the near future. I agree its easier for people to visualize by looking at the map to get a better idea of the areas in relation to other nearby areas etc
@@RutyStar I would wait another 12-24 months to start building . I believe there will be lots of inventory over the next 8-12 months from buyers backing out of contracts . Then I think the cost to build will go down some etc
I am working on some more locations in the general area of HWY 1, If you want more action, restaurants, shopping etc and closer to the beach then this area offers more in my opinion. Its a more established area than western areas of Port St Lucie is the best I can explain right now.
Depends on what type of property you are considering buying? The eastern portion of PSL consist of mostly older homes built between the late 70's to the mid 90's etc. There is one section east of US1 called Sandhill Crossing which has a mixture of older homes and new homes still being built. Feel free to ask any other questions in regards to the type of property you are searching for etc.
Yes I cover northern PSL as well. Is that what you are asking. If so the Torino Neighborhood is another one of my favorites. This area is located just south of Midway Road and just east of I95 and just on the north side of St Lucie West. Feel free to call me anytime if you have any questions 561.660.0154

Depending on where you live in PSL traffic sucks, but it’s not as bad as Miami or Fort Lauderdale.
