I'm in DFW and I'm working on building a system to haul empty shipping containers. Do you have any trucks with this system on them that I could take a look at? Thanks!
Thank you for the video. I have seen some trucks with the pump connecting to the existing batteries. Did you add a third battery for the pump? Good job by the way!

Came looking for ideas on building a toy hauler. I think you did a good job, but 8 would drill and bolt or rivet the dump brackets. Other than that looks cool.
do not take any notice of this video as a professional tipping gear fitter of over 40 years this is an amatuer trying to do something he IS not capable of. THIS IS an absolute DANGEROUS FITTING JOB
The only thing that really makes me raise an eyebrow is that square tube thst runs along the top of the frame rails. I dont understand why there is a gap between the tube back by the hinges and the length that runs up to the cab... And there wouldnt have been any problem stitching those to the frame rails, maybe move around alot as you weld to be safe. But that square tube shouldve been one piece. Its plenty solid but you get a full box of dirt or busted up concrete and shit might get kind of colorful lol
Búscala en premium supply, si preguntaras por el kit pues te recomiendo el de 8tons eso si está corta, si el chassis es largo pues el de 10tons para dompear más facil
I would not recommend standing under the box without a prop rod, more than one person has been crushed when a hydraulic line blows! Including my wife’s uncle!
If a hydraulic line blows.... it doesn't come down in .05 seconds bro. You still have time to move easily. Working under it... YES, a prop rod is a must
@@javynlandscaping2677BS. I had a midrise car hoist that blew a hydraulic hose. It came down INSTANTLY. If I would have been under it, i would not be here now.
Oye juan estoy trabajando en un hidraulico igual de esa misma marca pero cuando conecto el cable positivo de la bateria hace chispas si precionar el control que puedo hacer?
By removing the hydraulic hose, yes the bed will go down by itself but won’t put down pressure to where it breaks the 4x4 wooden post! Is it a small bed or a bed from a dual axle truck?
Only heat treated frames cannot be welded. Not sure on this one. I have a Class 8 Kenworth and the frame rails are heat treated. Welding on them is a no no.
No is not to far back, it’s where it suppose to be, and I did dump 12 square yards of shingles that was thrown in the front, if it’s moved more to the cab it will have less angle 📐 dump degrees, right there it’s at 47 degrees
@@juanvaldez1441 😂 bro you used 1/8" square tubing for your subframe that was your first mistake, your welds are dog shit and you have no clue on how to properly structure anything. You will have huge rust issues eventually and more cracks than you can count on your hands and toes. You mounted your battery and pump/resorvoir externally and it is not even covered. All i can say is good luck in court after it starts falling apart on the highway, and when they see how you fabricated that together you are deff done for. Literally the worst job i have ever seen, these are not learning projects for clowns like you, consult with a real welder and fabricator before haggering your frame the way you did. And it is "Angle Iron" not angle liner dumbass
Greetings . How many liters of oil does this pump throw into the cylinder every minute?
can you bring the cylinder to 700 bar?
I don’t know
Nice, do you wish you moved it to dump to 50 degrees?
What kind of hydraulic persure pump is that where can I get to buy

It’s still working great,
The hinges come with the hoist kit, I added an angle liner to the i beam bed frame to make it sturdy, the i frame is to thin!
NEXT PROJECT A ROLLOFF HOIST KIT ON A NPR OR BIGGER TRUCK!

Hi Juan I'm from Dallas tx do you build for clients
Nah
Looks good! Thanks for sharing.
Were you get the hydraulic pump at & how much ? Trying to look for one one any suggestions
Felix Garza eBay from Johnson Trailer Parts, this one is the 8 ton hoist
because they do not use the power port of the transmission to put a hydraulic pump and avoid putting the hydraulic unit
what size hidraulic pump ??

Great job !!!!!!!!

I like the vidio. Good job my friend.
How can I safely hold a dump in the air I have a hose leaking
Change the hose!
9 4
Put a 2 thick pipe or 2 4x4 wooden post under the bed, that’s if the bed goes all the way up!

I thought YOU were IN the coffee business............!?

Not gonna lie, your passenger side hinge is kinda bent.

I know it was re welded, cause I lifted it to much and it hit the lift and bent, truck sold, I kept it for like 6 months
LOL, I noticed the same. Good that he taken care of it.
Good work sir
Thanks men, there is very little info about this conversion
Doroteo Arango what is that you need to know?

you are NOT allowed to weld on to the frame rails
