SCCM - How to Find What Software is Installed on a Device

Hi But SCCM will discovery software if you have used SCCM during pushing these deployments over all machines? Is that right? If users have deployed products (Other than Microsoft) without SCCM help then fetching those software reports will be not possible.

Last kb number and last security patch information on Excel file

How do you enable the Micro Right-Click tools? Is that part of SCCM or a third party add on? How do you view client information without it? Thx

It's an add-on, just google it and sign up for a free download of it. Makes life much easier in the SCCM world!
