    Girl, get that drip!
I don't use much makeup myself. Just some primer under two layers of foundation. When I go out in public, I pass. And I'm only 10 months into HRT.

I've been wearing makeup for over 45 years, and Victoria taught me several tips that I wish I knew years and years ago. Thank you, Victoria, for sharing your knowledge with us mere mortals.

As an older Trans gal, my face is my biggest area of my dysphoria. The masculine look, is such a bummer, and I hate it. I'm gonna try these ideas, and see if it will help. Us older gals, have a lot more trouble, than one would think, trying to feminize our faces. It's a bear.

For about a decade or so when I was questioning my gender identity was I knew of trangender was but I didn't know about bigender/non-binary. Hence, with myself being the latter, it took longer to figure out my gender identity.

Really fascinating. Trying to pick up tips to teach my 19 year old. I don't think she's going to have the patience for that much work though. I'm thinking maybe the correct and conceal and then some sort of light foundation, no sculpting. Definitely going to check out the Jecca Blac website though.

Women are beautiful without makeup! I think makeup should accentuate your natural features. As a cis women if I may offer some of my own favorite products in addition to Victoria's: 🙂
*Tarte Ultra Creamy Shape Tape Concealer (it is full coverage but doesn't dry out the skin like the OG)
*KVD Good Apple foundation (full coverage but looks like dewy goodness and can be sheered out or built up)
*Elf Putty Primer (they have different finishes but they all help to hide large pores and smooth makeup)
*Physician's Formula Cream Sculpting Bronzer in Mocha (looks natural but has enough pigment that it works on several skintones)
*Half Caked has amazing cream highlighters, bronzers, and blushes
(My opinion is creams look more natural but do you boo)
I am a makeup junky 🤣 Awesome video Victoria! After all cis and trans women can love makeup together ❤

Jecca Blac is featured on one of the other websites that I visit (feminizationsecrets.com by Lucille Sorella), but up to now, I haven't tried it. Ro date, I;ve been using MAC, which is fairly expensive, and useful only when wearing full makeup. I've resisted buying "trans-specific makeup, but there's no reason for me to have done so. (I wasn't given a cis woman's face. :) Jecca Blac seems o be quite reasonably priced (less expensive than MAC), so I'm going to try it. (15% off sweetens the offer as well. :)) The makeup looks very nice on you. However, even though I'm Caucasian my skin is much darker than yours, so I'll probably have to experiment a bit.
I do have one question, If you don;t mind responding. I do wear makeup all the time, but I haven't been able to achieve a "minimum girly" look for e.g. when I go outside to exercise in the morning. Any suggestions would be welcome.

... I know that you don't need my validation, but (that's always a bad way to start a sentence) your makeup skills are 🌹✨👌. I've worn makeup before, cuz why tf not? Who doesn't want to look pretty every once in a while? AND the amount of respect... I have for anyone who can do it well.
That said, you're very pretty with and without. I know that makeup is another layer of self expression, right? Like, you wear a certain type of aesthetic clothing because it fits your personality and it makes you feel all euphoric and fuzzy. It's been shown that one of the best predictors of human happiness is how well their self perception aligns with who they actually are, and how well others perceptions align with the former two. So on and so forth. And I guess clothing and makeup can be a really fast and effective way of communicating those things. Was that too much of a tangent? Yes. Very much so.
But seeing how people look facially naked next to how they want to be perceived is always really neat. Poor choice of words, but I'll keep it.
Yeah. So. Your makeup is cool. I respect that. Sorry for rambling.

    • @dracoscott3783
      @dracoscott3783 3 роки тому

Seeing how people express themselves through their appearance is neato. That's what I was getting at. Why didn't i just type that?

You could use a nice necklace and some bracelets.

Thank you for the love and support! I’ve been a woman for a long time, even before surgery. But nothing can erase one’s past experiences, and I talk about it so that people just starting their transition can know they’re not alone and it gets better 😌 I’m proud to be a woman of trans experience! And to me, saying it just helps my community be seen and accepted ❤️
