How should I rank/ order the colleges when counselling begins? Between MAMC, VMMC, RML, UCMS, KEM, LTM, Grant?

Both are equally good. If you are from delhi/ surrounding areas go for delhi otherwise Mumbai Mumbai has a one year bond Cutting is slightly more in Mumbai.
