i love how realistic this is. irene eats super balanced. a lot of healthy stuff with a fun mix of junk food and she eats healthy portions. for someone who struggles with food sometimes this was very refreshing to see.
I know you were anxious about this video but i love how real it was. Don’t be anxious about being yourself, we love her.

I want you to know, as someone who is in ED recovery I love and appreciate your video. You don’t use any catchy diety words. You don’t make it sound like you’re working out to earn your food. It sounds like you’re eating what you want to eat. And seeing a content creator you like be realistic and have real meals is so refreshing. I love you. Smuch.

Love this video! so relatable, I honestly hate the like stereotype of fit women saying what they eat in a week that is the "perfect video" and all foods I can't afford. It's interesting to see anyone's meals during the day, because we are all so different, and have different traditions, live in different places, and eat different food!
Also, anyone else instantly smile when they hear Irene's laugh? It's my fave.

So I’m late to this video cause I’m not usually interested in the “what I ate in a week 🤗🤪😜🥰😍🥑🫐🍓🍅🍑🥝🥦🥦” just not my vibe. Buuuuut, I made breakfast this morning - like homemade home fries, eggs, English muffin, iced coffee the whole shabang. So I needed something to watch so here we are. 1. Loved it 2. We have the same Starbucks order❤️☕️ 3. I don’t think I’ve related more to the “I just want you guys to like me”, same Irene, same. Also Michael talking off camera was everything!! Another hit.
