Stockton and Malone were just two great players.. always overshadowed by Michael Jordan among the other great players of the game during that era.. but Stockton and Malone were two of the best
Finally! I've been looking for a clip of this Karl Malone game-winning shot for years. I remember that game when he hit the game-winning 3 when I was in 4th grade. I've been looking for it for so long thinking UA-cam scrubbed it but here it is! AWESOME! Thank you KarlMalowned32 for getting it and uploading it.
He wasn't AS good due to his undeveloped passing skills and high turnovers but he was elite from his second year. Still... He peaked at maybe age 34 in 97.
Malone was a phenomenal talent, top five power forward of all time, but his teams couldn't get past the Lakers or the Bulls when it mattered. I will always remember his jumper going cold off the pick and rolls form Stockton against the Bulls
To beat Bulls they needed one S tier player extra like for example Mitch Richmond in their team ,same thing with Kemp/Payton Seattle...i always felt that besides 2 great players ,the rest of the team was mediocre or average at best. Bulls were full of S/A tier players, Jordan was not only reason why they were best.

People nowadays don't understand how good Malone was. He's always too low on all time lists.
We tend to forget about Malone’s earlier days. Fantastic.
as long as it wasn't on a Sunday, the Mailman delivered... LOL

When the refs don't dare to screw The Jazz except for some playoff games vs Seattle/Houston and those Bulls series....
Karl Malone overpowers Age of Consent laws and scores.
Malone auditioning for the Lakers
jazz needed to add 2 or 3 other cheap centers and do twin or triple towers....trade stockton for someone good....and maybe get some defensiv guards
Gavin Schuette no just the centers , Stockton and Malone was the perfect core t
