CGM's = Game Changer. Who wants to prick themselves 3-4 times a day? The CGM is not even a prick to install, and updates every minute. Brilliant. PS I've been wearing the 2 plus (15 day) for a few months now. I don't think this is news anymore. Enjoy the freedom a CGM provides.

Umm it’s not coming soon to Omnipod 5. Maybe eventually but they will need to make new pods just like for G7. That’s just hitting now. 1 and a half years after its release date.

Not necessarily true! Your average BGM has a MARD of 15%, while the best CGMs are going down to 8-9%. Further more, are you going to prick yourself every 5 minutes and pay a fortune on test strips to establish your insulin sensitivity? And for T1D patients, insulin pump automation is simply not possible with a blood glucose meter.

@@pepsiblik874don’t know what that persons talking about, cgms are nice and convenient. I wish I had gotten one when I was younger but always hated how I would be treated if I had one attached to my body

@@stephenxd1376 Yeah, I know. I think it is a troll post, but it needs a rebuttal for those who are looking for reliable information.

Cgms are way better than finger sticks, no one wants to poke their finger upwards of 4-5 times a day.

@@Nathanmainer when it comes to accuracy, finger pricks are the way to go. But if you want to be at ease and but less accuracy then cgm is the way.
