- This one needs no introduction, The W204 Mercedes C63 AMG, arguably the best C63 ever made. It certainly carries the best engine we’ve ever seen from AMG, the M156, a 6.2L naturally Aspirated V8 with a thunderous sound.
Times have moved on, but surprisingly, this car still drives the part, you don’t necessarily feel like you’re missing out on any of the technological advancements that much newer cars offer. The sound it produces will forever keep a smile on your face.
This is a car to be remembered and celebrated, it marks an era where anything was possible, all sorts of crazy engines were used, and many AMG fans from this era were quoted saying “Only Milk And Juice Comes In 2L”, well I guess the upcoming W206 C63 is Uhm…

Why didn't Merc just put this engine in the w206. The w206 is legit the worst AMG. The w205 is alright with the 4L V8. But nothing beats a 6.3L naturally aspirated v8
