This is a very serious issue I like your fix I would add a grease fitting as well as the grade 8 bolt and even weld a small piece of 12 inch plate on both sides! I was planing to purchase my 7320 in April next year. Daedong needs to address this issue or find a new vendor to build the loaders.

We have a RX7320 we bought new in August of 2019. We had the same issue with the grapple popping off with down/ back pressure. The first thing I did was put the factory Kioti bucket on the tractor to see if it was an issue with the grapple. I could also pop the bucket off easily. I was careful with it until I took the tractor back to the dealer for its 50 hour service. They fixed the issue and now the tractor has just over 400 hours on it and lots of hard loader work. I have had no other issues with it since they made the adjustments. I have had no other issues with the tractor at all. It has been an awesome machine to this point. The dealer " Dickson tractor in Westminster South Carolina " has been outstanding to deal with in all aspects.

Do you know what their fix was?

I do not. One if the guys that works there fixed it but he wasn't there when I picked it up. Before I loaded it up I tried to pop the bucket off and could not. It has been flawless since the fix. Just looking at it the pins seem to be further down so the implement doesn't put pressure on the angled portion of the pins. But I do not know for sure exactly what he did.

@@stuffnsuch631 I talked to the kioti tractor dealer and they're saying if the tube going across that connects the quick disconnect together from the left side to the right side is inch and 3/4 in diameter they want to change it out and put a 3 inch diameter cross piece in. mine is inch and 3/4 so they want to change it out I guess it's not strong enough , I've already bent mine

The slopped part of the pin should always face the bucket on a quick attach if it is at the rear it will work the pins up had a similar problem on my skid steer

I have 10 hours on my rx7320 the bucket has never fallen off I checked the pin engagement, and it looks like the PIN goes in about an inch and a half on the first ring of the bucket and then barely goes into the next ring. one thing I don't like about the bucket it's made out of thin gauge metal it dents very easily, if the bucket starts falling off I will weld a taller ring where the pin goes through

I wish I could have gotten some footage of it busting loose. I was packing round bales with the pallet forks when it popped off falling 7 feet. Scary stuff

@@stuffnsuch631 I'm still waiting for my RX to arrive. I would love to know if any other RX7320 users have experienced the same issue. I did a quick search but couldn't find anything. Can't have my grapple fall on my dog's head.

@@matthew.connors I had stumbled upon a forum that had a similar issue with a rx7320 built in 2020 also. Never seen the conclusion of the thread tho.
