I recently went for summer vacation and a wedding with my family, returned on Monday 28th. I spend my time at Marriott international resort- Royalton Blue Water Montego Bay, most devastating, traumatic, and crippled experience is that I accidentally left my wedding rings in bedside drawers and someone, mostly likely housekeeper stole them. Hotel is very nonchalant l, dismissive, and carefree about how they are handling or lack of handling the situation. They are been no communication with me despite the complaints and calls. They have just been giving me the run around. Stay away from Royalton Blue Waters Montego Bay unless, they are unconscionable staff, rather thieves are hired to work alongside you possessions there. Stay away. Please be aware.
Good company with great people. However, their "explore" rate program is a joke. I'm wondering if they will get rid of it altogether since the rate is rarely available.. anywhere. Most of the time I find the "explore friends" rate which is usually a small percentage off the regular rate.
