I'm former Marriott employee. Used to be proud of Marriott culture, but not any more. Applied for a management position at the Desert Ridge Marriott two weeks ago from their career web site. Went to their job fair today and I was rudely told that the position has been closed since 6 weeks ago. Did not care for HR personnel's unfriendly, unprofessional, and inhospitable attitude. Disappointing.

My opinion they are looking for certain races of people to work at Marriott others they would like them to be cooked housekeepers and security you really could look at that videos and see what I'm trying to say
