For the Falcor specifically with its enhanced homing, you can build to room clear without effort using bounces rather than explosions. Mod for Power Throw, Whirlwind, and Volatile Rebound and mod on blast or gas with Melee influence, and you can basically throw this in the general direction of enemies and not bother looking as they all die. No need to try to time anything. It will bounce around to everyone and kill them either with direct hits or the explosions or the status damage.
@@WarframeFlo make a video on the Falcor and ask your fanbase that’s on the endgame side what they think of it and how it can be maximized along with other glaives like the Orvius, Xoris, etc.
@@WarframeFlo it seems to be something with discipline's merit from what I can tell, I still need to throw a few more forma on my falcor to achieve peak performance but essentially once the bug happens you either get a tennokai proc every throw you hit or you just don't get any (both have happened to me)
Why Tennokai? I have never been able to effectively utilize it with glaives; at this point I don;t bother slotting it (especially as I tend to put on whirlwind).
For the orvius: to trigger the passive, you can’t run volatile return and you can’t charge up the throw all the way. It will stop and suspend the first enemy it hits, hold them for 3 seconds, then explode and procing a cold guaranteed. Its nice for procing deadhead and galvanized scope/crosshair. Killing the enemy while its lifted will trigger the saxum mod set’s explosion on top of the orvius return explosion, so if you have way to group them up it can be a pretty niche way of building stacks while killing a bunch of enemies.
Just jumped back into Warframe last month after years away and I swear your videos have given me so many good recommendations and much needed guides. Luckily I already picked up the Glaive Prime so this video is perfectly timed. Much love Flo

You would not BELIEVE the timing of this video. Last night I had the pleasure of unveiling a GLAIVE RIVEN! I thought about selling it but you have convinced me to go full juice mode
the melee influence glaive prime build can be much better than you currently are building it to be. first corrupt charge isn't required, 5x is good enough for most cases, but one thing you skipped over is that glaive prime also has blast damage on charged heavys, and melee influence also spreads blast procs to enemies, resulting in a huge group of enemies with 10 blast stacks each resulting in huge explosion, and anything that survives that dies to the slash procs. for this you'll need both galvanized steel and blood rush for as much cc and cd, and also galvanized elementalist for increased status chance.
I did forget the blast damage that is true! However from my testing for the most part the Slash and Electric procs kill them fast enough before the blast procs actually fully spread!
@@WarframeFlo its just an alternate way to play glaive, in my testing I was getting enough upfront damage to 1 shot lvl 210 eximus heavy gunners, so the actual dots were lower, so doesn't scale as well as pure dot but pretty effective at EDA level stuff
Some Notes; Holster Amp and Vigorous Swap are perfect for Glaives. Chroma's Elemental Ward on Toxin mode also enhance the effect. Melee Exposure is also a great Arcane as the free 240% Corrosive Damage can go a long way. Pathocyst Works incredibly well with the Helminth Charger Strain set, sometimes the game will confuse maggots and randomly pop 100+mil damage (at least that's what I think happens). Glaive explosions double-dip from all sources of damage enhancements (Holster amps, Vex armor, Eclipse, Elemental Damage skills/Augments).
So I built the Xoris with pretty much all you suggested with exception to Melee Influence arcane. You sir are a Warframe psychopath! I hated the Xoris and now I can't put it down. It's so powerful. Oh, and did use Volatile Quick Return instead of Smite Grineer. Nuts! Damn, I just realized I don't have my galvanized mod maxed (8/10) and I'm using a regular Organ Shatter to boot. Nuts!!! Thanks!!!
Funny, ive just wondered what arcane to put on my glaive p since i didnt play for a long time and have no idea of the new Arcanes. Then you upload. Thanks!
Xoris has a special palce for me because of how I used it to be the strongest in my friend group for ages. I mained zephyr, and her passive of 150% bonus crit chance made that shit BANG
Most of your problems come from trying to force the exact same setup on every glaive. They aren't just reskins with different stats, there's distinct differences, sometimes very subtle, that make other builds much better. I'll go in your order. Special Note: I often pair glaives with Wisp, often using her with Roar, so I'll be offering a swap for smite mods. If I don't specify a swap, assume I used Pressure Point. Kestrel: It sucks for damage, but there is one... extremely niche utility. The forced knockdown is useful for melee afflictions if you mod a primer secondary for DpS, or run a status frame like Gyre or Ember. Just go rebound/quick return, wind-up, and attack speed. Unless DE gives us an Incarnon Kestrel, I doubt the weapon can be salvaged as an actual damage dealer. Falcor: A personal favorite of mine. As a homing weapon, it actually prefers rebound. It has forced electric on charged throws, so you don't even need to heavy for influence. A heavy build can be just as effective, but even a light attack rebound build works well enough with heavy attacks if you need the clean-up. It also has the second best status chance for all glaives. I'd swap the crit for 3 60/60 mods and Condition Overload. To convert it to a rebound build, swap Volatile Quick Return for Volatile Rebound (as expected), and Killing Blow for Power Throw. Xoris: Ironically, the budget build is my standard build. I also have a Tennokai build, but it's overkill as even the normal charged throw tends to kill before Tennokai procs. I swap the smite for Blood Rush. For tennokai, swap Pressure Point for Power Throw, and your choice if you want to keep Corrupt Charge or swap for True Punishment to push to 12x. Cerata: I don't own this, but the high status chance makes it great for playing with extra elements. The lack of homing makes it more reliable for a heavy detonation build. In this build, I'd swap the bane and fever strike for 60/60 cold and toxin mods to do viral against Corpus, or heat and toxin for Grineer. How I'd really mod is I'd go similar to the Falcor, either adding electric for influence, or using it as a flex slot for either crit or combo. Halikar (Wraith): Another unowned item, but combining my wiki knowledge and glaive experience, I'll give it a shot. This is another case where you want rebound. It has the highest status of all glaives (specifically Wraith). You want to treat it like Falcor. Without a volatile rebound, consider it non-elemental, but you will get the blast element back with volatile on. Influence won't be as nice without forced procs, but you should easily be able to trigger it. Pathocyst: Again, I'd argue you get more out of modding for extra status, but to be honest, at this point I'd say Falcor is the only glaive you shouldn't mod for crit on (except Kestrel, but you don't care about damage at that point anyway). All these builds are good builds, and at this point, I'm just showing my love for more DoT over crit. Maggots are pretty much useless, but use Wisp and mod for rebound and you can spam electric magots (they use motes). Orvius: Getting off my status high horse, there only two things wrong with this setup that kills Orvius. First, is Volatile Quick Return. Now, unlike the others, this isn't preference. Quick Return overrides the gimmick, which is where most of your damage is. Replace that with Volatile Rebound. Orvius will feel better with it anyway, as you can choose between single target or groups. Next, this is the sole case where the wind-up trinity is a bad idea. The gimmick works off of uncharged throws. Wind-up shortens that window, with all 3 negating it entirely. For this build, either use unranked elementalist, or replace it. The end of the levitate does a detonation, so you don't need to worry about that unless you need to cut it off. I'd also recommend using normal organ shatter, since the wind-up still makes the throw unreliable. Not great for Steel Path, but a really potent weapon for base Star Chart. Glaive Prime: With the highest crit chance, I'll just say this feels like the mold from which all other glaive builds were cast. Status can be a monster, but here, I'll concede that this was probably the best way to build the weapon.
for Orvius: consider not using the amalgam version of the organ shatter(if you didn't mean to abandon all the three +wind speed already) and just having killing blow(too much damage to not use it) and elementalist ranked.
Volatile quick return is bugged on the falcor and does not disable punch through. Notice how it goes through the enemies and only return once it hits the ground. So be mindful of where you aim it. The wiki also says that it can trigger multiple explosions because of this, but I have not noticed that in testing
10:00 My personal build on cerata is amalgam organ shatter, primed fever strike, gladiator might, volatile quick return, sacrificial steel, corrupt charge, galvanized reflex, a crit chance + crit damage riven and melee exposure as the arcane. Last I checked, cerata rivens on the warframe market website were all too cheap to not include one into a build, especially considering its disposition. I use it with chroma and it oneshots all trash mobs and even most grineer demolishers in disruption all the way to levelcap.
From my tests, you wouldn't need both corrupt charge & G.Reflex as 5x is more than enough to reduce stuff to atoms. If anything, Gladiator might works incredibly well with G.Reflex as it gives both CD & 50% extra crit chance. A pocket Blood Rush.
Yeah, Cerata supremacy! Mine has been a staple since I got an initial combo riven for it. It might not have bleed, but when I just want things to die in one hit, I bring the Cerata.
Pathocyst is gonna be insane when it's Liche variant comes. I've been a Pathocyst user since it was released. I'd say you should heavily invest in getting a Pathocyst riven.
The initial combo count riven about to be going ham. I'm curious if it'll get a new/reworked special affect like most of the lich/sister weapons have. Definitely going to be my first priority when the update drops.
In order to make the Orvius lift an enemy you have to hold e but not long enough for a fully charged throw. Just hold e little less and then it will lift the enemy up.
@@WarframeFlo you need a little practice to feel it out, i figured that holding it just long enough for the "heavy attack" circle to appear works. However, as a past Orvius Enjoyer i tried testing the lifting mechanic and how it works with my old build, which was a Gas build. Unless i did something wrong, explosion caused on lifted enemy inflicted gas (so modded element) only on lifted enemy, instead of enemies in radius. I am also not sure if the cold was inflicted further or not.
3:43 something to note is that Falcor's forced procs is on DIRECT HITS/BOUNCE, not the Explosion, XORIS has forced procs on the Explosion, not Falcor Edit: i want to say that, with the right Xoris setup, it compares to Glaive Prime in terms of power, and from my personal experience, having used both, i choose Xoris over Glaive Prime any time of the day
Falcor does force electric DoTs on heavy throw explosions, it also has a faster throw speed, faster flight speed, automatic enemy homing, innate electric as well , slightly higher damage and DoT on detonation, and a higher riven dispo (though it performs exceptionally well rivenless anyways)
Volatile Rebound + Power throw has always worked way better for me for mob clearing. It will reach more areas in a room, tons more explosions, and I don’t have to wish for grouping abilities to proc to capitalize on the increased blast radius with volatile quick return.
Orvius is my most used weapon. For the Orvius I use both Condition Overload and Prime Pressure Point( I know i know but it nets more damage from my testing) with Fever Strike. Killing Blow, Corrupt Charge as per usual. Also for the unique effect you have to aim above their heads for it to work.
I play Falcor for the bounce build. It's like the Ocucor version of Glaives. Just throw at the general direction and watch melee influence carry the damage spread.
Falcor has permanent punch through, VQR can’t disable it. So turn the Falcor into a no heavy atk power throw build, and Xoris into the heavy atk detonate version.
hey there, for the Orvius, you need to aim slightly above the enemies with a charged throw in order for it to lift them. It's quite niche, but is a fun change of pace, plus it can be funny at times!
@@WarframeFlo aww man, maybe there's a chance it's bugged and DE hasn't noticed since the weapon is a bit overshadowed by others that work similarly. I myself haven't tried the Orvius in a long time, maybe I'll give it a test next time I log in...
I just tried the Xoris with arcane dexterity recently I really like it. The AOE explosion almost guarantees that there will be something get killed inside the crown for the arcane and it lasts for the 20s of each stack, more than enough for me to empty 2-3 magazines before I have to trigger it again
I use halikar wraith, my build is: riven - dmg + stat chance Astral Twilight + Dreamer’s Wrath Exilus Sacrificial Steel Amalgam Organ Shatter Gladiator Might Voltaic Strike Corrupt Charge Volatile Quick Return Killing Blow I use a R5 melee influence, but most optimal build, I’m considering maybe to remove voltaic for galv reflex or melee elementalist simply for blast, (reflex is probably better), and sac steel for galv steel, but I’d only remove voltaic strike if I had r5 melee duplicate because influence is sadly a crutch on my beautiful gun yoinker at the moment. I do recommend the build regardless, just swap the riven for sacrificial pressure, I’m trying to roll a better one anyways.
P.S. I’m personally against faction mods for some reason, and I don’t need weeping wounds when my riven + voltaic get me to 99.5% stat chance. Any suggestions of what I could do to make the build better or what riven stats I should roll for, feel free to lmk.
Been playing for about four years now but never dipped into throwing weapons. Got intersted with the new Galv mods but I simply don't seem to understand modding for them. Thanks for the look and help; would love to have a Dark Sector feel in Warframe.
So this is how I find out glaives explode, I've been playing on and off since Archwing dropped... Also doing my first sister now that Xoris is actually usable with this guide.
Re: Galvanized vs Sacrificial Steel, stick with Sacrificial by default. It's slightly better without any external buffs. More crit chance *can* push it over to Galvanized being better, somewhere on the order of 20% absolute crit chance (so Arcane Avenger or Harrow, or a Riven with 100%ish crit chance (but no crit damage)). And of course extra crit damage pushes it even more towards Sacrificial.
I use Primed Toxin mod on my Glaive Prime over Corrupt Charge in the end-game build cause that allows Glaive Prime to do well against both Grineer AND Corpus
Fell in love with the Xoris when I got it. I just finished crafting the Cerata earlier. its always fun blowing things up, just wished charging is faster. I have 5 of volatile quick return so i'll probably remove the gold mod for punch through(forgot the name) and replace it with quick return. I'll try look for gladiator might, elementalist and corrupt charge to replace some them I have equipped.
I'd love for someone to do the maths on what will be the best builds for goaives currently. I've seen so many glaive prime builds since last patch that just didn't do the math and end up being suboptimal I'm just at the beginning of the video, but no matter the rest of your build, x6 isn't worth it, it's only 20% more damage compared to x5, 0.5 more sec to regenerate combo count and about all other options give a better increase in damage
I arrived at this for a Melee Influence Glaive Prime: Primed Pressure Point, Bane, Sacrificial Steel, Galvanized Reflex, Amalgam Organ Shatter, Volatile Quick Return, Melee Elementalist, Shocking Touch. Corrupt Charge is always overkill with Galvanized Reflex as you said, and even Galv Reflex needs a little time in between throws to recharge to full initial combo. I had Power Throw on the build as well since it's technically one of the strongest multipliers to add, but having to chain throw interferes with the Galv Reflex combo recharge as well. Not entirely sure on the math but the 4x dmg multi from it would probably be better than PPP still. Since you need two Heavy Wind Up Speed mods I went with Amalgam Organ Shatter and Melee Elementalist because PPP is more damage than Killing Blow, but I could see the additional status chance from Galvanized Elementalist outweighing it.
@@Benni182AVA is melee influence glaive prime a real thing? Won't it apply only 20% of the time? Power throw is always best in slot as long as people want to bother chaining them just a bit, 3 in a row is already an average of x2 to damage, unbeatable by its competing options. Even if you spam throw because enemies are too close you'll reach at least x3 combo, which is equivalent to x6 on the second throw, so already good and that's just second throw assuming enemies are really close. I know people don't like it but it's just so good when you need the damage
@@kentlab3850 oh when I was testing I assumed there was just a hard cap for wind up speed, but looks like it's just diminishing returns. If it feels noticeably better with 3 then that's definitely an option, 2 was plenty fine for me. As for Melee Influence, I guess you'd swap out PPP for Killing Blow and use the new Elementalist over the old one for more status chance. You'll still kill pretty much everything with blast and slash, the added electric+influence is just a bonus I'd say
@@Benni182AVA it's diminishing return since it's additive with the precedent increases, the animation is 2.8x faster with all 3 and 2.2x faster with only 2, it's an increase of 1.27x faster which is less noticable but i still noticed it when i was on the wrong page
This is a specific synergy, but I'm a personal fan of a gas Pathocyst with Kullervo. Extra room for extra DOT if you get all that crit from Kullervo. This could be considered suboptimal or something... but I kill a lot of stuff with this.

Galv Reflex is fundamentally a Corrupt Charge Replacement. You should never be running both together when you have other options. With Galv Reflex stacked up, Corrupt Charge is only providing a 20% increase to damage compared to not running Corrupt Charge and there are plenty of ways to get far more damage than that from your mods. A cleaner replacement is Gladiator Might which is providing something like 35% more final damage thanks to the additional Crit Damage and, admittedly very minor, Crit Rate. Technically a bit more do to the slightly higher chance for Tier Two crits but I can't be fucked to math that out. Or a Bane. TBCH a Bane is always the most correct option as compared against Corrupt Charge or Glad Might with all else being the same but I completely understand Banes being to much fuss and overall regular banes being 1.3 are only *barely* better than other options.
Hi Flo! I just wanted to ask if you could do an Exodia contagion and zaw guide for the new damage models and also just explaining how to increase zaw damage in general would really appreciate it!
I highly suggest you give the halikar wraith another chance with things like xatas whisper or saryns toxic lash being the absolute strongest interactions, but a good aoe armor strip is all u really need. It's been my go to glaive for pretty much all content since the jade changes, and with the new galvanized mods it's even more effective. I honestly dont understand how people still seem to think its just ok... Especially since apparently de has confirmed that the interaction with xatas (that i was referring to above) isn't a bug but intended. Idk if I'm just doing something different but I've taken it to level cap solo several times now... with calibans armor stripping and damage vulnerability plus his status vulnerability it's ridiculously powerful, I just finished a lvl 10000 void cascade run with him like 20 minutes ago the halikar was the star of the show, it kept my dex stacks up the whole way without issue and it destroys huge groups no problem, quicker than true dot effects like slash and toxin because of the way blast works... it seems like the higher u go the more effective it is, but i could be crazy... this is just my opinion...
Kullervo's having fun right now. btw is killing blow worth it to add in? Because it only buffs the direct damage from the glaive itself when you throw it to the enemy, not the explosion itself.
I play W.F. on Xbox. I loved using Glaives until a recent update changed controller binds for Glaives. In order to aim, I need my RH thumb to move my Right Stick. In order to THROW Glaives, I need my RH Thumb to HOLD 'B' button. Release throws it. Before the change, I believe that throwing was treated like a Heavy attack, which is R.S pushed in. Now it's just uncomfortable and awkward to use the "claw method". Ppl say "Ohhhhh just cHaNgE yOuR kEyBiNdS". These ppl probably play on PC and have all the buttons they could ever need. Meanwhile, I have 14. Letter, arrow, bumper and button,L and R stick. Point is: I have limited options.
I did the same thing. I hated the way the weapon worked so I trashed it. Then I learned that I needed it for the Protea farm, and had to go back to the Relay and tell Mr. Computer that I made a mistake. At least he got some Synthesis volunteers out of it.
Hey WarframeFlo, i really like your builds and im curious what you could do with my beloved Cedo. Would absolutely LOVE to see you build something for it. All the love friend.
The glaive prime is actually good without nerfing the slash. While on paper it looks weaker than the main two glaives, it's actually powerful when using it with Ash/roar build. Ash's passive increases slash damage by 25% and Slash Duration 50%, plus using the galvanize elementalist with the weeping mod that increases status chance with combo counter, you can make it powerful. Just Ash/roar alone with only Galvanize elementalist can insta-kill lvl 220 heavy gunner eximus with one throw. Not only that, but with a strong build on glaive prime and ash, you can also kill a necramech who has perma armor within seconds as bleed procs by passes the armor. Is it op like the first two glaives? No, but it's no way a weak contender to keep up with them if done right.
@@jackmoore7193 The build I'm running is: Weeping Wounds, Galvanized Elementalist, Amalgam Organ Shatter, Blood Rush, Sacrificial Steel, Killing Blow, Volatile Quick Return, and Prime Pressure point with Arcane Malee Crescendo cause Ash can do Finishers easier to build it. However if you prefer to use a different arcane, I replace Pressure with Galvanized Reflex as you still be insta killing off the bat. My ash build does run with an umbra intensify cause I put an umbra forma on it. But my roar is sitting at 70% with 234% Strength with Umbra + Rank 9 Blind Rage, then Prime Continuity, Narrow Minded and Molt Efficiency for Duration cap, Smoke Shadow, Arcane Fury and Adarza Kavat for higher crits. And Prime Flow + Energy Nexus to help with energy issues. And last is a rank 9 Rolling Guard for safety. I am also running one Tauforge blue for energy, then 4 tauforge violet to max crit damage as I favor melee builds more than stuff, but those can be optional.
16:00 Glaive Prime IS better than before, BUT since other weapons became MUCH better than before in comparison it feels that it is not as strong as before (but it is). Try old content with new mods on glaive prime. You will melt absolutely everything.
One question, isn't sacrificial pressure better than corrupt charge? with corrupt you get the x6 combo, which multiplies your damage by 6, if you use pressure, you will double your base damage and multiply the reflex combo by x5, resulting in x10 damage. (and pressure buffs sac steel). Am i missing something?

Xoris has a special palce for me because of how I used it to be the strongest in my friend group for ages. I mained zephyr, and her passive of 150% bonus crit chance made that shit BANG
Ive never, EVER, got bored bored wielding my glaive prime, my precious.
Ah yes! my silly Xoris build now gonna be even more sillier! Thanks DE!
A pocket Blood Rush.
this is true! you can run this indeed!
I tried it it didnt work for me
@@WarframeFlo you need a little practice to feel it out, i figured that holding it just long enough for the "heavy attack" circle to appear works.
U need to aim slightly above the enemies head while holding a fully charged throw@WarframeFlo
could try a blast build with melee afflictions on the orvius
3:43 something to note is that Falcor's forced procs is on DIRECT HITS/BOUNCE, not the Explosion, XORIS has forced procs on the Explosion, not Falcor
Edit: i want to say that, with the right Xoris setup, it compares to Glaive Prime in terms of power, and from my personal experience, having used both, i choose Xoris over Glaive Prime any time of the day
The explosionn radius of xoris ❤
@@LACTEK i barely even pay attention to Xoris' own blast radius since i use Melee Influence due to how easy it is to use on it
Falcor does force electric DoTs on heavy throw explosions, it also has a faster throw speed, faster flight speed, automatic enemy homing, innate electric as well , slightly higher damage and DoT on detonation, and a higher riven dispo (though it performs exceptionally well rivenless anyways)
@pmpkin0002 you forgot is has infinite punch through... it goes through cold eximus and nullifier bubbles
Glaives are so powerful that even without using Smite mods, I can use then for fairly long endurance missions without problems.
I tried this though and it just didnt work for me!
@@WarframeFlo aww man, maybe there's a chance it's bugged and DE hasn't noticed since the weapon is a bit overshadowed by others that work similarly. I myself haven't tried the Orvius in a long time, maybe I'll give it a test next time I log in...
If I remember it right the Orvius can only lift 1 enermy at a time by throwing it at the enermy without heavy attack
As I’m watching this I pulled a Xoris Riven mod… oh happy day!
ayyyy ive been waiting for this
I just tried the Xoris with arcane dexterity recently I really like it. The AOE explosion almost guarantees that there will be something get killed inside the crown for the arcane and it lasts for the 20s of each stack, more than enough for me to empty 2-3 magazines before I have to trigger it again
I use halikar wraith, my build is:
riven - dmg + stat chance
Astral Twilight + Dreamer’s Wrath Exilus
Sacrificial Steel
Amalgam Organ Shatter
Gladiator Might
Voltaic Strike
Corrupt Charge
Volatile Quick Return
Killing Blow
I use a R5 melee influence, but most optimal build, I’m considering maybe to remove voltaic for galv reflex or melee elementalist simply for blast, (reflex is probably better), and sac steel for galv steel, but I’d only remove voltaic strike if I had r5 melee duplicate because influence is sadly a crutch on my beautiful gun yoinker at the moment.
2:34 this might be good with the akairus prime throw in some fire rate and energized munitions, and the play some drowning pool
Exactly!
And to imagine we are getting a better Pathocyst either next month or the month after
Fast forward yo today's Devstream announcement...Oh yeah, this is going to be a blast!
I had no idea we had new galvanized mods drop in gonna have to run me some arbitration
So this is how I find out glaives explode, I've been playing on and off since Archwing dropped... Also doing my first sister now that Xoris is actually usable with this guide.
Great video as usual
Make a video on Syam with Galvanized Reflex
Syam + Koumei is my current broken build. Its ABSURD
I’ll always regret deleting my Xoris right after beating that quest…I should’ve just bought weapon slots 😔
ua-cam.com/video/xfUY8DaZVTw/v-deo.htmlsi=n0IIHvZZmyOWYfZe at the end. Fastest method, takes me 5 minutes to cap at legendary 1
Carried my ass through the MR19 test recently
The platinum interest on my 100 glaive prime sets like this video.
falcor is the new glaive prime (also i prefer power throw over corrupt charge ngl)
I love the falcor so much now!
I've seen so many glaive prime builds since last patch that just didn't do the math and end up being suboptimal
I'm just at the beginning of the video, but no matter the rest of your build, x6 isn't worth it, it's only 20% more damage compared to x5, 0.5 more sec to regenerate combo count and about all other options give a better increase in damage
@@Benni182AVA i personnaly enjoy all 3 wind up speed, so convenient since whatever you're losing for that isn't that important compared to the qol
Double explosion glaive sounds great but man, my falcor does so much damage already I don't even need to do it. Makes my younger self who really wanted to make the brand new Falcor good very happy
EDIT: Halikar+influence sounds fun, might have to do that
Conveniently posts video about Glaives directly after Glaive Prime gets vaulted.
It's not like it has been unvaulted for the last 3 months
@@Llightmare so people had time to acquire glaives, the glaives get vaulted, this video comes out to artificially boost the demand/value of glaives in the market. This is the conspiracy i buy into, warframe market manipulation through UA-cam videos 🗿
kinda wish you covered the Wolf Sledge in this video also :/
Maybe another time!
even with the higher crit chance that sacrificial steel provides, i still think that galvanized steel is better because of the crit damage
releasing this the day glaive prime's relics leave the shop is diabolical
It has been unvaulted for 3 months with a timer that said when it would be vaulted again?
@@Llightmare and he waited for precisely the moment that the timer ran out to post this video! coincidence? I THINK NOT! this is all clearly a plot by BIG GLAIVE to pillage our platinum! mark my WORDS!
Orvus is nice utility for easy headshots for stuff like harrows knell pistol or kit gun arcane pax bolt but im a returning legend rank 2 player who haven't grinded much after two years besides playing new quest and boy things are a lot more different in terms of build. Necer really bothered making SP builds but got a lot to learn to update my stuff and got to see one of ny favorite utility weapons that is glaives got better.
I think you should show a small graphic with the description of Arcanes when you are displaying or need to talk about them. Much better for newer or not fully late game players who aren't acquainted with what they do.
Enjoying your advice though
the orvious you have to throw it above an enemies head and either detonate it to lift them up in the air
With Chroma in SP voidcascade, my xoris dealt 100m-300m dmg out of nowhere
No primed pressure point on any of these?
You can if you want but its not needed for glaives
I use falcor in steel path with a volitile revound build where i dont explode it and it just deletes rooms of enemies like nothing.
When are we getting a glave incarnon?! That would be crazy
PATHOCYST LITCH!! Gonna be busted from release..
Not to mention the pathocyst becoming a litch weapon for more maggoty fun.. Might be better than glavie p depending on its disposition on release..
You make this video after i spend 100plat for a glaive prime 😞💔
Oh dear, he he comes with more OPINIONS...
Why not use galvanized Elementalist 🤔 ?? ps: forgot about wind up speed
Oh right the heavy attack wind up, forgot 😅
hehe!
what about melee duplicate ? its more consistent now with galvanized steel
That can work too!
... what this video says to me is that we need a Kestrel Prime so I can have a legitimate reason to have a boomerang.
you really should put galvanized elementalist to pair with reflex and influence on glaive prime
Hi Flo! I just wanted to ask if you could do an Exodia contagion and zaw guide for the new damage models and also just explaining how to increase zaw damage in general would really appreciate it!
Darn, I really wish I had managed to get the last piece I needed for glaive-prime before it got rotated. :')
You could use relentless combo for the forced slash procs
I highly suggest you give the halikar wraith another chance with things like xatas whisper or saryns toxic lash being the absolute strongest interactions, but a good aoe armor strip is all u really need. It's been my go to glaive for pretty much all content since the jade changes, and with the new galvanized mods it's even more effective. I honestly dont understand how people still seem to think its just ok... Especially since apparently de has confirmed that the interaction with xatas (that i was referring to above) isn't a bug but intended. Idk if I'm just doing something different but I've taken it to level cap solo several times now... with calibans armor stripping and damage vulnerability plus his status vulnerability it's ridiculously powerful, I just finished a lvl 10000 void cascade run with him like 20 minutes ago the halikar was the star of the show, it kept my dex stacks up the whole way without issue and it destroys huge groups no problem, quicker than true dot effects like slash and toxin because of the way blast works... it seems like the higher u go the more effective it is, but i could be crazy... this is just my opinion...
i had a question, is galvanized steel better if you have inbuilt crit chance enhancer in your warframe like Kullervo? i use 1 on enemy then get !! dmg
No mention of Vigorous Swap and the aura with the same effect? It's multiplicative damage for glaives.
Kullervo's having fun right now.
btw is killing blow worth it to add in? Because it only buffs the direct damage from the glaive itself when you throw it to the enemy, not the explosion itself.
Melee vortex is the real way now that im rewarching this video again. For the memes
I play W.F.
When you're find out there's an "alternate fire button" 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯
I sold my xoris, grinding it back was pain but now I learned how to get summaris rep for lots of plat which is nice i guess
@8:04 Flo my man! How you gona fully invest and not have Whirlwind in that Exilus slot? Or the flawed version of it if your running low on space
Ok, what about the Hammer "Wolf Sledge" ? you can throw it and explode it just like a glaive :D
Someone remembered the kestrel exists! even if it was just to say it was useless.
15:11 as far as I see, you have to aim a tad above your target to lift them
Volatile return f-ks up the interaction
@@yonibuber9202 that makes sense… last time I used the Orvius was before Deimos, so I would not have known that
I’m wondering if those maggots stack with strain mods?
Xoris imo is the best glaive atm
"xoris is a noobtrap" proceeds to never say anything bad about it.
this dude's whole channel is a noob trap. the builds in the video are so garbage and he clearly doesnt know what hes doing
Why no volatile on the end game setups?
I also run Duplicate on Cerata, does not proc all the time, but often enough to enjoy the nice double dots :)
What would be your replacement for galvanized elementalist or what would be your build if you dont mind.
@@jackmoore7193 The build I'm running is:
Weeping Wounds, Galvanized Elementalist, Amalgam Organ Shatter, Blood Rush, Sacrificial Steel, Killing Blow, Volatile Quick Return, and Prime Pressure point with Arcane Malee Crescendo cause Ash can do Finishers easier to build it.
@@Xainos28 Thank you
16:00 Glaive Prime IS better than before, BUT since other weapons became MUCH better than before in comparison it feels that it is not as strong as before (but it is). Try old content with new mods on glaive prime. You will melt absolutely everything.
I sold my Xoris... biggest mistake of my Warframe career
I have a crazy riven for the pathocyst it’s got 380% crit chance and 150% crit damage it red crits basically every throw 😂😂😂
