“In the fields of bodies burning”
“Baby you need coolin”
Together they are the perfect temperature
Oh lol i get it
Haha made me lol😄
I feel paranoid, dazed and confused.
@@splabbity they had really similar riffs
lol..nice one
Imagine for a second these two bands in their hay day doing this live on stage and being there. I think I'd fucking drop dead right there.
Diabolik Mitchell Ozzy still got it.
I'd have a heart attack. Maybe.
Hunter Hagen Ozzy would have one with you
duhsveti I think Ozzy´s having one @ 2:29
+Diabolik Mitchell I saw them both quite a few times some of the concerts were not as great as it would seem others were absoloutey fantastic,, mostly because of some of the venues they played in.. Sabbath at the ampitheatre was terribe sound..,, Zeppelin when they just faked everythng sometimes got a little crazy and inconsistent but other times they were fantastic.. some gigs were better than others I guess they would say and I understand ,,,,,they rocked,,,,,,,,, the music was great,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,was a good time with wine added LMAO,,,, Paece and Love and I am still not a Conservative Just Like back then I think forMyself .,,I take no ones word for anything especially Politicians
I've always felt that Black Sabbath and Led Zeppelin were like two sisters, but one of them chooses to wear darker clothing while the other one hardly wears any clothing.
Deep purple ?
@@davetarone6690 Deep Purple is the relatively normal middle child
I have always thought they sounded exactly the same except totally completely different.
yeah like two angels of hard rock and metal,
@@katfishjak4462 lol same 😂
Ozzy Plant
Jimmy Iommi
Geezer Paul Jones
Bill Bonham
Jimmy Iommi sounds like a mob boss.
Robert Osborne
Tony Page
John Paul Butler
John Ward
Robert Osborne
Ozzy Plant sounds like a legit name for a species of plants
Dinobot2 I heard people only cross Jimmy Iommi once. lol
Both songs are from each of their second albums, also both songs are the first tracks.
Both are using the same riffs on both first albums
Niconter - You also forgot, both are FUCKING AMAZING
Niconter damn, you're right
eh? zep didnt use wll riff on anything else apart from a piece of it in a live version of hmmt
And they are both from England...
It's not versus. They're not fighting with each other. They're playing side by side, making each other more awesome.
Not true. Ozzy and R. Plant duked it out; Mr. Plant won. Nobody even got up to challenge Jimmy Page and Gonzo. Winner=Zep.
Darin Clements as far as originality goes i think iommi is far superior... he invented metal playing, jimmy page although technically a monster was merely playing blues covers. no discussion with bonzo, he wins hands down.
Zillo Benetti Have to go reverse with you on Mr. Zoso......He's kinda recognized as a somewhat sloppy guitarist, but he has some iconic riffs and the music that HE produced is varied and beautiful.
Zillo Benetti Man, I hate to disagree, but I do. you make a valid case. But, I really think that Zepplin was the first heavy metal group. Before it was heavy metal.
rugged Koch How is that relevant?
I've seen a couple Black Label Society shows get started with this just before the curtain drops. It's glorious
Yes! That’s literally why I’m on this video now! I was like “where did they find this crossover?”
1:27 that change is so groovey and heavy
Probably the best mash I've heard ✌
Best mashup I ever heard. It just all fits perfectly.
OMG 666 LIKES
@@s3b441 oh my goASLDKFJF I was literally just about to comment that
@@eggy4884 hahahah nice bro
At 666 likes, its too perfect to like
Ha ha! No it doesn't
Black sabbath and led zeppelin are both my favourite bands ever, this is ear porn to me!
Nice BFTRS profile pic. :)
KYUSS
George Gray This is not your porn, this is an eargasm, “ear porn” is somebody putting their dick in another person‘s ear😂

i like dicks
I’m a 60 year old retired guitarist. I like this! The mixture and the placement of Plant’s voice is an advancement of the original. Similar to Plant’s “Tall Cool One”, the sampling and editing makes the song new again…yet familiar.
Such a great job, one of the best mashups I’ve heard. 👍🏼
Whats so awesome about the edited video is that it looks like Sabbath and Zeppelin are playing on a stage together, playing this mashup.
First mashup I've ever heard that I don't listen to for the novelty, but rather because it's a fantastic song in its own right.
You ever get chills listening to good music? Yeah, me too.
2023 im back. Dont tell the young kids this is two great songs mixed together.
This song is like that boy and girl at highschool who are simply meant for each other and actually get together and make perfect chemistry.
But one is like the popular jock “sporty type” and the other is the quiet goth “emo kid”
Submitted for your approval. The year 1972, Zeppelin Sabbath live at Royal Albert Hall. Four hour show. To close the show, both bands jamming together on stage. "PRICELESS"!!!!!
This would have been one kickass supergroup. Imagine all 8 of them: Jimmy, Tony, Robert, Ozzy, John-Paul, Geezer, Bill, and John in a recording studio together.
Believe it or not, There was a MASSIVE jam session between Zeppelin and Sabbath back in the day. Too bad the audio recording of it has never been found.
WeTalk440 yeah. I've known about that. Wish they would've recorded that! Would've been amazing. Heard they played Supernaut. I was saying just imagine if all eight got together and recorded an album or maybe a few songs. That would've been kickass!!
Justin Lee Bradley It would've been the greatest British heavy metal album to ever have been released during the 70's
Justin Lee Bradley
And Deep Purple members too, the rock metal orchestra
Why would they have two of each? That's not how a supergroup works.
This is BEYOND AWESOME!!!!!!!!Whoever thought of this is a Mutha Fuckin GENIUS!!!!!!!
This is the MOST INGENIOUS MIX EVER!!!!!!!
MIND-BLOWING!!!!!!
no doubt this is so sick...made my day!
Times Up AWESOME!!!!!
thespanish21god this shit will make u punch your boss in the fuckin mouth.
My boss is a Zeppelin fan, I'm pretty sure he'd love the heck out of this.
GREAT call!!
This is so fecking brilliant, as far as I'm concerned this is a "real" song.
Also using some of Robert's TSRS vocals was a stroke of genius.
Led Zeppelin & Black Sabbath is :
- White & Black
- Angel & Demon
- Heaven & Hell
- Hard Rock & Heavy Metal
Eki Yazid Heaven and Hell. I see what you did there.
No! It's Led Sabbath and Black Zeppelin
Obviously you have never read the Led Zeppelin legends. They were anything BUT angels. Except for John Paul Jones, he's absolutely adorable.
Emma Page have to agree with you. I really think the Sabbath dudes had a more realistic view of the world. Jimmy Page was playing around with black magic for several years lol wtf that dude in Sabbath hung it up after seeing a menacing black shape at the foot of his bed, then they all started wearing crosses lol
@@oompaloompadoompa-de-doo3614 I kinda love the nuances of that though, as if Zeppelin are angels on the surface and demons on the inside while Sabbath is the opposite
My life needs the remaining members of these bands to perform this live!!
RABIN MIGUEL I would pay all the money I have to see that!!!!😀😀😀
both bands have all members alive minus Bonham. and I guess while Bill Ward is still alive he doesnt really tour or is incapable of it. So I guess next best thing is Vinny Appice for Sabbath and Bonhams son for Zeppelin
Bonham's son Jason would be a great choice i think
Vinny kind of looks like Bill when he was younger
I literally just said the same 😉😎
Hmmm....Love Pigs.
Whole lotta war
Tom Vespestad whole lotta pigs
When the Pigs Break
Tom Vespestad I was going to post that! Now I’m stuck with “lotta pigs”
Sure... if you’re into that
This mashup definitely kicks a bunch off ass with those guitar riffs combined with Iommi and Page and even the vocals with Ozzy and Robert.
Had to find this song after hearing Black Label Society use it as their song to come on stage to. It was awesome through a massive sound system in a tiny venue in Folkestone.
Folkestone England?
@@MrStack6911 Yep
US too
It would've been so cool if these two bands had toured together back in the 70's. Now that would've been the ultimate heavy metal dream concert
Max Raboin I've heard that they did record a jam session together t hat was lost soon after. The bands were quite close.
Frostbitex5 I read Tony Iommi has the tape but won't release it.
Their individual representations and record labels would never have let that happen: Between the Vertigo being new, Atlantic being old, Sabbath's representatives' mob ties, and Zeppelin's hardass manager, that was never going to happen. They preferred to keep it a rivalry (even though most of the members actually knew each other from way back), and thus increase record/concert sales by competition (capitalism, y'all).
S Toy that doesn't mean they couldn't have jammed together in private
whod be the headliner? flip a coin?
Some years back I read in a guitar magazine that James Hetfield's dream band consisted of Jimmy Page and Tony Iommi on guitars. Wonder what he'd think of this?
I've been fortunate to see both original artist's in the early 70s they were awesome wish those days back they were brilliant
I genuinely wish this was one Spotify
Interesting story. During the making of the album Sabbotage, Led Zepplin visited Black Sabbath in the studio and they actually jammed together. It was recorded, but never released. Perhaps this mashup can give us an idea of how the 2 bands sounded playing together.
read the article about bonham playing Sabbaths kit, apparantly he was playing the double bass kit at a Million mph like the modern speed metal merchants do with absolute ease whilst pissing about with his mate!
Sabbath Bloody Sabbath**
Yeah hahaha in that record, bonham broke the drums of Bill, but only Page was not here.
Hey guys that's true what this dude's saying. Even there's a photo of Iommi and Plant that day.
Yeah, I read that In Tony's book. Absolutely amazing.
1:27 is life changing
Fuck Yeah
Megamaniac610 super trippy
Who do you like more? Led zeppelin or black sabbath?
Answer: yes.
Black Zeppelin
@@judgejudy7283 Damn. You beat me to it! Cheers. Rock on, Judge Judy!
@@judgejudy7283 Led Sabbath sounds cool if you think of Lead the metal
Black Sabbath and Led Zeppelin are the best Rock N Roll bands in the world.
sabbath
Best mashup I ever heard ... the mighty Led Zeppelin with Black Sabbath .... the best :)
Led Sabbath,Black Zepplin, whatever, this should have been called "Whole Lotta Pigs!"This is ABSOLUTELY the best mashup i've ever heard.
Whole lotta pigs! 😂
Simply brilliant!!
Break on through to the paranoid Side
I just can't understand how people still sayin that Zeppelin isn't hard. It combines perfectly with one of The Most influential metal bands
They're Hard rock but No where near heavy metal
@@sotis1756 heavy metal is a total misnomer labelled as such by critics who did not know how to "define" Zep when it first came on the scene. So they took the easy way out and slapped the HM label on them. Almost consistently slated by the critics when they first came out yet now one if not the most definitive hard rock act of the last 50 years hands down no quarter given
Black Sabbath hated being called metal.
Plus, the Overton Window on what was hard then is just considered rock now.
Some parts but they aren't heavy
How many demons this mashup has summoned omg
Or scared away
You need latin to do so, there's no other way.
Stupid
Most definitely, both groups run a journey with HaSatan. Sadly
This is the best fucking mash up I have ever heard in my life!
I'm closer to 60 than 50....this is my kind of hard rock'n' roll.......
I am closer to 60 than 14😂😂😂
The only mashup that actually sounds like one song.
The first 2 bands to ever play the best kind of music, Heavy Metal
I think Led Zeppelin is more Hard Blues Rock, but Sabbath is definitely Heavy Metal.
I think you mean large, sweeping Orchestras.
fucking hate people that call zepp metal lol. not even close.
Sabbath was far from Hard Blues Rock, their style was just so unique for their that it differs from Hard Rock, and that also explains why they were Heavy Metal.
Look up the looks that kill and do it again mash up
10 years as the best mashup ever
This mashup says a whole lot about the quality of music from Black Sabbath and Led Zepplin.
This is BRILLIANT!!! If you did a whole album mashing Led Zeppelin and Black Sabbath I would buy it. I have never hit the REPLAY button on a song so much.
I actually ended up headbanging to this 😂
Pretty sure we all did. Lol
Who wouldn't?
those who have never clicked on this video .
I dont headbang i footbang
Same xd
Two masterpieces blended together, how totally AWSOME!!
Two of the best bands of the 70s
If you play this backwards, you can hear the Devil talking to himself.
Robb Salzmann that's pretty funny talking to himself because has been back mask twice LOL
I LMAO'd at your comment!!!!
@@coolcatrick3454 The Devil would be dazed and confused and paranoid at the same time hearing this
😆😆😆👺
thats biden announcing his presidency....
God, imagine a mashup with Iron Man and Dazed and Confused
Jarke Nope it’s hard ´cause dazed and confused is in E key and Iron Man in B
@@laigleducaucase8705 Iron Man is in B minor. I don't know if you are already aware of it, but by common practice if you say just the key it's implied that's a major key.
DerTodesmeister it doesn’t change anything that I explained : it’s not the same key
But are you sure Iron Man is in minor key ? ´cause Tommy Iommy doesn’t play the 3rd of the range
@@laigleducaucase8705 It does change: you said B, whenever you don't specify if it's major or minor it's implied that it's major, thus B major, which is not the case here.
You may be right about the key the song it's actually in: I checked further and it doesn't have a common key, rather it fluctuates between Bm and Em.
Iron man died
“Whole Lotta War” - Led Sabbath
Black Zeppelin, surely
I HAATE smashups, especially with classics but DUDE THIS IS FUCKING BRILLIANT!!! Thank YOU
It's crazy to think that this song could have existed for real since Black Sabbath and led Zeppelin were close friends
They also both formed in 1968 and even jammed together when Sabbath were recording Sabotage.
They were good friends? I thought they were rather competitors.
@@martinportelance138
It was a friendly competition
@@PitViper-1366 Bonzo was Iommi’s Best Man once. They hung out even if they had a friendly rivalry.
@@mdnblues I wish we could hear that jam session
Really well done both aurally and visually. Great job!
This is so good that it's like hearing them for the first time. Absolutely perfect!
They played this at Download Festival 2022 before the Iron Maiden show. It was a trip because everyone kind of knew it and popped for it 🖤
Its a pity I cant like this more than once.
Boy I miss being 19 and hearing GnR for the first time. Truth be told, I didn't like them at first. Now they're my favorite band of all time, even with limited album releases.
Mark Troiano Im happy to hear that mate :)
Mark Troiano there shit compared too zeppelin
It is still a pity I can't like this more than once.
the best mashup i ever heard
The level of creativity necessary to make something like this is impressive
Definitely *..The Mother of ..\m/ashup’s !!!*
I grew up in my childhood with Led Zeppelin and Black Sabbath ...and this mix is absolutely killer!! 🤘
Thanks guys and cheers from Switzerland 😎🇨🇭
*That's beautiful*
So are you.
both bands have so much in common. both bands need to make a supergroup.
this legit is the best mix ever
They definitely need too. Every mashup Wax Audio has done it's like those were bands that were meant to be together but never happened
It's a little to late for that
Just seeing and hearing this now. Exceptional work...
This is so diabolic!!
This is sooooo freaking good. The audio distortion and transitions work so well. The layering of riffs just brings the late 60s and early 70s rock to a whole new level. Well done!
Wow this works GREAT!!! Ozzy's voice on Jimmy's guitar is great!
9 years later this pops up in my recommended, and boy am I glad it did.
This is the best thing on the internet!! Two of the worlds greatest bands in one song !!
This is embarrassingly good, in that we should all be mad we didn't do it.
Freakingly Awesome Wax Audio. It blew the wax outa my ears! :P
Hahahaha!! best way to describe!! 👌👌👌 it's a sick mashup!!!
by far the best mashup of them all
This..... chills me to my spine. It's freakin awesome! Wish they had an album together..
This is like peanut butter and jelly: 2 of my favorite's coming together - LOVE IT!
i love a good mashup by a good dj ,and this is one, rocks
Hands down. Without either of these two bands ever having come into existence, 98% of bands today would have had no chance in being who they are/ (were) today my friends......... The were is for those who passed way to early. Rip. Patman The Wrecking Crew Va.)!!!!
I miss you Brother!!!
I got chills. So good.

This is one of the greatest things every made!
This is black label society's current intro
It works so well too. Just gets you hyped before Zakk starts playing
Just heard it at their concert last night. Awesome song.
Misanthropy83: Right on my fellow Rocker...Saw em in Houston, Tx...
I was trying to place it from past memories
Heard it at the BLS show too. Perfect intro song. Bad ass show.
It's amazing how well these go together. If someone played this for me and I hadn't known these two songs I would've assumed this was the original.
This mix is simply awesome complicated glory!!
Wow, this is amazing ! Nothing sounds like this today.
Black Label Society had this mashup playing just right before they came out!
I heard this when I saw their show at the Brady Theater
Kenny Gates
Yes I was at that one also!
ChameleonLost88 Fuck yeah man! It was amazing!
Kenny Gates
I laughed when they started playing "It's Raining Men" just a bit before that Sabbath/Zeppelin mashup song! Zak has such an amazing sense of humor!
+Kenny Gates lol, I saw anthrax in germany years ago. as an encore they played 'i'm the man' a rap-metal song they did. People thought a whole different band had come on stage. . the fans near me didn't seem to much appreciate the rap. The sound wasn't that great, so, if you hadn't heard the song before you may not have much liked it.
Oh man that was great. I love the old footage.
This is spectacular!! A genuinely perfect marriage of a mashup!
This is the best thing ever oh my god.😮😍
This is the best mashup of all time. I can't explain it...it's just perfect.
My life has completely changed.
I love mash ups like this bringing a new sound to some good old hits awesome.🤘🔥🤘
