Thank you for posting this video! I never marched corp but I majored in music as an undergrad, and introduced DCI to my daughters this summer. They are completely addicted now and the Bluecoats was our favorite show all season. We went to a few shows over the summer in Illinois, and plan to go to finals next summer. You killed it!! Can’t wait to see you guys live someday!

May have been a good show, but bd without a doubt performed better. Bd was predicted to win percussion and bloo took that though so props. Bd tends to get the best of the best, and personally I loved bd’s show this year.
Hopefully I am not too late but what do you think about the lotus mouthpiece you played on during the summer? I have seen online general approval about lotus mpcs but I have always had a small thought in my head that it was just too good to be true.
Personally it wasn’t a match for me and I ended using my own mouthpiece. Not everything will work for every player, it’s very much case to case and what you feel most comfortable on. Nothing bad about the mouthpieces - they worked wonders for a lot of the members. Still would definitely encourage you to try it for yourself!
