First Campervan Trip of the Year - Kingsbury Waterpark

- Join us for our first trip away of 2022. We have a 1 night stop at camping and caravan club site Kingsbury Waterpark.
We were supposed to be going away for 2 nights but with the storm warnings in the area we decided 1 night would be better, given the high winds.
Its a pretty relaxed trip, however, we did get out for a 2.5 mile walk around the lakes and beside the canal.

Welcome to campervan life. Gets u out and about enjoying life. We have 2 black labs sure they enjoy the van, it means walkies and pampering. Xc
Haha that’s what happens when we’re stuck in a small space together 🤣😆 We’re the same, the weather won’t stop us enjoying our van that’s for sure!
Great video guys 👍🏻We’re getting our California in a few months and I’m just wondering have you ever slept downstairs and how did you go on with the dogs? They are both stunning dogs by the way….
Aww thank you for your kind words about our dogs. We haven’t slept in the downstairs bed as yet. We think it would be very snug with the two dogs, but we’d have to make it work if we couldn’t use the pop top due to high winds etc. We think Dallas would probably squeeze on the bed with us and Sabre would most likely curl up on one of the front seats. He can make himself really small when he curls up. I bet you’re excited about getting your California! We hope you have lots of great times in it when it arrives.
@@VanVibesandSibes Yes I can imagine it will be very snug. We have two dogs as well but they are a little bit smaller so hopefully we’ll manage when the weather isn’t so good for the pop top! We can’t wait! 😃
Saw you on Sues (Campervanyas) community post so subscribed as we also have a husky who lives in our motorhome with us. We used to go to Kingsbury Water Park for days out as it wasn't far from us either. Where are you from as you have a slight Midlandly accent lol. We're from Birmingham.

They are very fluffy huskies at the moment! Shed city in our house. The hoover doesn’t know what’s hit it 😂 You’ll know all about that I’m sure! 😂
@@VanVibesandSibes we do, although Nanook isn't too hairy fortunate as his fur isn't too long. Still drives me mental though lol

Hi, no we don’t leave anything up there when the roof is down other than the mattress that came with the roof. It is one of Reimo’s more slimline pop tops so there isn’t room to leave bedding up there when the roof is down. Thanks for your comment :)
