That’s why I avoid people who find it suspicious when you’re happy for the sake of being happy…those people suck all the joy out of everyone around them 😅
Happy Monday Jo! I believe we are responsible to create our own happiness. Most people look for it outside of themselves but you find it within! As always Thank you Jo! Have a magnificent Monday!! ❤😊🎉
Someone tried to contact me the other day that had constantly ruined my peace, and i could never tell them about my music or real passions without feeling spiritually poisoned, so i chose my peace over them. now i am waking up with a song in my heart and started to learn the harp, Something that my true self said it wanted once i escaped all the negative voices. I like to think that it is a mission to find peace and fullness in ourselves, because it can positively help others do the same. It is so awesome how you fill your life with languages and other passions, i think they bring us a true higher connection and joy. your videos are a blessing to us all
"Spiritually poisoned" you absolutely nailed it with this term Karl, I wish I had thought of that haha 😄 Everything you said spoke to my soul. The amount of times I had to suppress talking about my interests so they wouldn't say anything "poisonous"! 😨 I love how you wake up with a song in your heart and I love that you are learning the harp, I am so genuinely excited for you! That is so cool! 😄 You sharing this has inspired me so much. Thank you so much for your kind words, your message means a lot THANK YOU! ❤
Nobody will be able to make you happy. Only you can do it from within and don't seek from outside of you. These are people's problems if they have a bad mood not yours.
Being alone because a few people we didn't like crossed our life path, is a response to external circumstances. Trying to justify loneliness in response to others' reactions to us is weak. It puts the trigger in other people's hands. We are alone because he/she did that to me. It's as if we are in exile, an outcast. Is it a choice we made or one we were forced into? If loneliness is accepted and adopted then it becomes a choice, a willingly adopted life, which would be a win for us.
Being scared to be alone seems an alien concept to me, i go out of my way to try to be alone, because people generally piss me off the minute they open their word holes.... but living in a country with a high population density makes it almost impossible, cant stand fellow humanzees, im a misanthrope in every way...rather spend my time with my Labrador who wont stab me in the back or fuck me over for a percentage.
Morning train Sheena Easton. One of my favorite songs back in 6th grade. Partly sunny cool autumn day in Southern New England. Almost 60. Thats Fahrenheit never learned Celsius. Sorry
Haha I had to google the celsius equivalent and we have the same temperature 😄 Ah yes to Sheena! Legend! Thank you for sharing that beautiful image Richard, hope you have a fab day! 💕
@@JoGalas1 Jo, looking back maybe it never was the red hair but my taste in music that got me into trouble? Doesn't much matter. After 4yrs of judo my brown belt didn't care. Nearly time to take your afternoon train now!
@@RICHARDOCONNOR-s2j You know if you decide to write a book about how Sheena Easton got you in trouble so you had to become a judo champion I will be the first to order a copy!!
My office is so toxic. I tend now to spend my time away from them and eat my lunch alone.
:(
I feel so lucky to have a job where I'm all alone. If I had a job where I had to deal with people for 8 hours a day, I would be so miserable.

Euuurggh these are the worst kind of people! 😫😆
I don't let anyone ruin my peace and happiness.
I just don't talk to anyone so they can't.
Haha I love that 😁💕
@@JoGalas1 I must say it's so much easier when you're retired.
