Who needs a band when you've got a Wurlitzer? Many of their larger theater organs actually have a piano stop that plays an actual Wurlitzer piano remotely.
Absolutely super. What fun. The opening and shutting of the wooden swell louvers to add an unexpected super-bass dynamic was the best part. There used to be, now long gone, a pizza place near me with such that when the swell shutters opened the entire room, floor, walls, and indeed the listeners themselves would vibrate. It was great. Thanks Jonathan, Tom, and Mr. Player Piano.
Wat een geweldige uitvoering met orgel en piano!! Ik speelde dit stuk bijna 50 jaar geleden tot vervelends toe bij elke gelegenheid bij familie en vrienden en op school. Ook nu nog wel eens. Erg leuk!
What a joyful rendition of The Entertainer ! Looks like you were having a lot of fun Jonathan ! The WurliTzer and the piano blended so well ! Thank you for uploading this !
My grandad believe it or not used to have a 3 manual Wurlitzer in his living room at Seacroft, Leeds. They had to knock a wall down to get it in. It only had a speaker with a Leslie in it though. Luckily the neighbours were deaf (so he said) on either side! He was taught to play piano in one of the Leeds cinemas by the last man who did silent movies. Then went on to Wurlitzers, the likes of Leeds Town Hall. He also demoed and guested on the Hammond organs in the clubs. As a child I’d sit in his living room while he played ‘I do like to be beside the seaside’ at full volume. His feet going up and down the pedals. Couldn’t read a note of music it must be said. Just had a list of songs on the music stand and went from one to the next. Happy memories.
I now have something to watch again and again while we are in Spain for the next two weeks. What a load of fun and so out of the blue. Bravo. FunFunFun…
You two are such great geniuses. I'll never be tired of listening to those masterpieces transcriptions... Those swell shaders are crazy!! Love those instruments!
Love the use of the bells and whistles of the Whurlitzer! Jonathan's arrangement certainly appreciates that a theatre organ is more than just an organ. Well done!
Absolutely fabulous! Impeccable timing as always when you both play together on different instruments. A lovely, cheery and lively piece. Thank you both.
Very lively and great fun for Johnathan and Tom. The Scott Brothers and Scott Joplin with piano and a "Mighty Wurlitzer"! ( The members of C.A.T.O.E. - the Chicago Area Theater Organ Enthusiasts would love this. I've been to several events they sponsored). From Chicago, U.S.A.
Oooh what a lovely surprise!! You've made my day, that was so much fun! That was an excellent arrangement Jonathan & you both seemed to be enjoying yourselves - Tom on the piano & Jonathan on the Wurlitzer & piano!! One instrument is just never enough obviously!! I know you've been very busy lately, so I am looking forward to some more little gems soon. Thank you both for sharing this marvellous video. xx
Hallo, O that was very funny and good you two thogether!! This performance brings a lot of Joy and happines. Thanks!!❤❤ With Love from the Netherlands.
I loved! It was so beautiful, so beautiful that it wasn't just Tom who smiled while playing the piano! I listened to it several times and every time I found myself smiling! Jonathan, very busy, had a lot of keys, buttons, pedals to manage, so he smiled less! Thank you for this beautiful video!
Der Entertainer so wie er hier gespielt wird ist echt genial Das macht richtig gute Laune, wenn man dieses schöne Musikstück auf dieser schönen Orgel im Duett mit dem Piano hört 👍👍👍👍
This has been my cell ringtone for many years, but I can never get enough of this brilliant "going touring" happiness melody. This was a 'triimphant outing for sure 👋👐👏👏👏👏
What a fantastic performance guy's. I really enjoyed this so much. Testament to the skills and panache of you both. The Scott Brothers always triumph in the end. James.

Yes!@@anickode
This is truly "Scotts" Joplin 😃
I can't help but grin every time that Jonathan finds a way to work in those whistles and cymbals, even the bird calls found their way in at one point.
What a wonderful gem of a performance 🎭 Thank you for sharing this with us

I remember a pizza parlour beside theToronto harbor where we would go just to listen to the Wurlitzer in the early 80's.
Just wonderful
Never knew how much the world needed Jonathan Scott on a theater organ until this released!
Wat een geweldige uitvoering met orgel en piano!! Ik speelde dit stuk bijna 50 jaar geleden tot vervelends toe bij elke gelegenheid bij familie en vrienden en op school. Ook nu nog wel eens. Erg leuk!
Jonathan, I definitely love you
What a joyful rendition of The Entertainer ! Looks like you were having a lot of fun Jonathan ! The WurliTzer and the piano blended so well ! Thank you for uploading this !
Wait, there are actually TWO pianos there, one played by Tom, and one by Jonathan, via the Wurlitzer console! That's amazing!
Holy snappingturtle. Wurlitzer Theatre Organs are one man orchestras! Great rendition from these two fine gentlemen.
Love the Scott Birthers their playing is so joyful
Excellent. I love the fact you play all types of organs and music and not just Bach and then Bach and then more Bach 👍🏻🙂
Now that was fun and visually most appealing , just needed the tables full of beautiful people in vintage clothes 🥰👏🥰👍
