new firmware updates fix the call quality and additional one touch controls from the app. aside from that everything was perfrct for me using it for 1 yr now. battery was superb 28hours inluding the charging case.. music quality overall is great... good amount of bass and clarity is ok.. wireless charging capacity, very comfortable on my ears.. if you put on the right way.. perfect for me.. you need to familiarized the soundcore app so you dont mees up the ear buds
I got these this year! The sound quality is great especially after you mess around with the app. I have had a few issues with calling though, and the touch controls are iffy at times
@@gearupaaron I've been told that sometimes it sounds like I'm far away from the mic, or like I have something covering my mouth muffling the sound! Usually disconnecting them and reconnecting fixes it!

Wow, that's a loaded question only because there are SO MANY airpod-style buds out there! I know the Airpods Pro are great for phone calls, but outside of that, well, it's really hard to say between the name brands and the Chinese knock offs. 😅 I'll let you know as I review more over time!
I subed because you are the first reviewer that does actual range test, excellent. But some say that you cannot run with these, because your steps vibrate in your head because of the sealed fit, wich you need for the bass, I have the same problem with my Taotronics Soundliberty 79 buds everything vibrates in your head, dont eat chips while listing to music, it like a thunderstorm in your head
I got caught up in the hype and got them. I wish I hadn't. I switched back to my MPows. Phone calls are the worse with these especially after the update. My M20s gets it done.

Hi Hrutvij, I checked the forums and it seems like there are two versions of these earbuds out there - older ones with proximity sensors (which I reviewed) and newer ones without (they replaced it with the single tap function). If you end up receiving ones without the proximity sensor, you can ask Anker and they might be able to send you the older iteration. Hope that helps!
i bought earbuds liberty air 2 but phone calls are not working using the earbuds though other medias does work to my one plus 8T . buds to other device/phones are working perfectly fine. any idea or did you encounter issue recently?
@@gearupaaron thank you for taking time to it. I already did a factory reset one my oneplus 8T and even reset the airbuds several times . At first it works on a regular mobile call after the reset but then when i use other apps like fb messenger , zoom etc it just went back to not hearing anything , the speaker is the one activating instead of my airbuds. It's not an isolated case and read other users reports with the same issue. Hope one plus fix it soon. Anyways, thanks again and i'll continue to watch your reviews . Keep safe!
Quite like my Liberty Air 2's. Just three problems. Not great for long-term use. Makes my ears, especially my left, really sore. Also the call quality is awful. Try using these with an iPhone whilst wearing an Apple watch. The confusion between the devices is unbelievable. You can't answer the call in the buds and if you answer via the watch the call sound comes from the phone. What a cludge!
DONT BUY these are the worst earbuds EVER for a iPhone…the only way they work fully is if you have both earbuds n at the same time. The audio sounds bad maybe it’s just the iPhone but these are a waste of money if you have a iPhone. Plus if you happen to leave the box home and ur earbud disconnects then your screwed because they won’t reconnect without the box DONT BUY
These are my favorite earbuds of all time, got them yesterday and didnt take them out all day

There is a single tap option now and there is also touch tune from the new firmware update.

Hmm, I wonder if you could do a factory reset - it's possible that by doing so, it'll revert to factory firmware, which would be an older version.

Yes, in fact, I just received an update yesterday. Soundcore has been pretty good about that.

Do you have phone calls enabled for the Soundcore (Bluetooth settings > Soundcore device settings), by chance?
