She went out on stress in the workplace and sued with worker compensation case. H/R should have waited until after the show was over.

I work in H/R in a different field. A LOT of employees are getting in trouble for Bullying/Harassment . I think that is what that employee is most likely saying to get them in trouble or just butt hurt. I had a lady write an complaint about and employee that talked about her hair. She went out on stress in the workplace and sued with worker compensation case. H/R should have waited until after the show was over.

Human Resources is not for only protecting the company but also it's employees. Obviously by harassing a coworker in a public platform it's considered a violation per company policy (future lawsuit).
