I love the element change concept and will definitely be using it on every attack. But, I feel like they missed a great opportunity. For example, instead of the Dark element just changing attacks to purple, it should’ve been black (I imagined it being black) with streaks of purple similar to Sauke’s black flames he uses in multiple attacks. I also thought the electric element would be light blue with streaks of electricity jumping around and I assumed the fire element would be actual flames. However, I love what Bandai have done and have been waiting for this since it was announced at E3. I’m not gonna complain because they’ve given us a great games with smooth gameplay and beautiful graphics. I managed to play all beta sesssions and with my mate yesterday since he got the ultimate edition and I cannot wait to get mine in a couple days

In this shit story so far its literally the same thing. Meet someone corrupted, beat them then turn them good. Sooo stfu, its not even.
Correction: I had them unlocked at level 35 and doing the easy/normal level trainings completed. Didn't have to go through the hard/expert for it.

I really hope they're going to give us such option in XV3. It doesn't need to be elements, just let us choose the damn colors.
Just color swap, could of added the actual effects of the elements like actual fire, ice, lightning surrounding the attack
It's not, it does the damage type at least. And the flame Kamehameha has a small flame effect around it.
They all do have small element effect around the enemy if it hits
Fire kamehameha scorches the ground.

I loved unlocking the Dark Element mostly cause I go with Asta's Moves and I love seeing my CaC when she does the charge-up pose get that Dark Element Aura, and her moves having the Dark Element as well due to it being more appropriate thematic wise.

So wait, customizable auras are basically non existent in this game but you can put elements on your attacks? That's... interesting. I'd honestly like if we could use these elements for our auras as well just for aesthetics when charging up for some customization in this department.

How Xenoverse 2 should’ve been.
An alternative method is just to play the campaign or do a bunch of the free mission or whatever have you until you reach leave 35 at level 35 you get all the elemental extra missions hope this helped
When I literally spent hours doing the trainings because once you get to hard they can one tap you with a ult and then I don’t unlock the shit

I don't see the element change on mine, I did all that I'm trying to put electric on, all I see is "change ability skill"
It only works for some abilities like rasengan and kamehameha, basically energy based abilities

I've completed all level trainings on Easy, Normal, Hard, and Very Hard. I've also done all Extra Missions but I still can't change the elements on my abilities :/

Actually you just need to reach level 40 to unlock the extra missions. I figured it out because I didn’t complete all of the but I was already level 40 and I had extra missions. Tell me if it works for you.

I did none of what he said and got the lvl 40 cap breaker and elemental missions somewhere when my level was in the mid 30s. Just keep playing the game naturally and itll come

I got it unlocked just with normal and below level training complete. I'd say just progress as far as possible in the story and check extra missions frequently between character lvl 30 - 45. Seems to be around that area i always unlock it.

You don't need to the the hard missions. These extra missions unlocked for me at the same time as the level 40 limit breaker. So I reckon it's based on character level.

I got mine from extra missions without doing very hard you just need to get into the story really far

I beat the whole game at level 40
As cool as this is you can only have color changes on certain abilities not everything can be changed to a different color. Which is annoying because you're severely limited in what abilities you can chnage colors. i want to say a max of 10 (maybe) you can have as different colors the others can't be changed which idk why you just can't change every ability you want legit does not hurt anything.
If they're not popping up for you you have to be level 35
You dont have to do the training to unlock the elements missions you get them when you reach level 35
Riku when I got the elements I didn’t need to do the very hard level missions it ended when I did all the hard missions so I was able to get the elements with very hard

no some characters have more resistance against certain elements and some less for example Dio takes more damage from light element attacks.
