Our Life In The Carolinas Jan Karon Special focuses on events around the officially proclaimed Jan Karon Day’s in Hudson, NC.
Jan spent much of her early years in Hudson with her grandmother and attended elementary school at the Hudson School.
Later in life, she would become known as a multi New York Times bestselling author with her successful Mitford Series.
The weekend was dedicated to all things Jan Karon, including a town parade on Saturday, followed by a lunch social with town leaders and many of Jan’s fans. The Sunday highlight was a sold-out stage show event with locals, national and international fans in attendance.
Life in The Carolinas shows host Carl White interviewed Jan on stage with local music and Mitford personalities brought to life.
