Thank you for the scenery,I grew up there ,grandma and grandpa had their farm, and Broyhill furniture factory was booming.Last time I was there was 1968.
Than you. And thanks for sharing your memories.👍
Lenoir is a beautiful town. You should come back and do another tour. Driving on the road you could not tell how pretty it is. You were just going around in a circle. Lenoir deserves a better tour than that.
I agree. And I will definitely be coming back to do a walk through. 👍
i love lenoir, own land there
They don’t have the music in town anymore.
Thanks for letting me know. UA-cam makes in impossible to make a video with incidental copyrighted music in the back ground. If I do they will take down the video down.
Love this town, lived there all my life. Interesting history as well, formerly the furniture capital of the world (been losin a lot of jobs on that for around 20~ish years now) and known as the "Damndest little Rebel town" that General George Stoneman's cavalry ever saw in the civil war, from a Barn to a county. Interesting thing about downtown, if you saw that white-ish marble monument, it used to be in the middle of the road there and it was more of a roundabout, got removed though since people kept hitting it! Thanks for coming and seeing our little town
Your welcome. And I plan on coming back. 👍
I live in Lenoir and you did ok! Thanks for touring our town!
Thank you. I want to come back one day when I can stay longer.
is it safe there esp near the lenoir hospital?
I’m not familiar enough to say one way or another. But felt safe when I visited.
@@DAPLUGYUR , Yes it is.......
Yes he did.......
The Golden age of Lenoir was about the 40s through 70s. it is just awful now. It is so unfortunate. Pretty yes, as far as the setting, but everything is so rundown otherwise.
Hopefully they can restore things to its original glory.
Thanks for shedding your thoughts. And thanks for watching 👍
Wow turn the speakers off !
I agree on the music, an idiotic idea in my opinion. I won't eat in restaurants that have music blaring. I like music of sorts, but prefer it on my terms. LOL
Same here. I like it on my on terms.
Creepy Town 😅
Deliverance in real life.🙈🙉🙊
