Good info. I’ve always just used a single pin. I will have to look at double for the next sight.

Tried them all and every brand, sticking with 5 pin mbg for hunting.
    Single pin for tac, maybe

3 pin vertical is way better than 2. Spot hog triple stack is awesome you can adjust all 3 pins for whatever yardage you want. All three pins you can adjust custom to your liking. Plus Spot Hog in my opinion is absolutely bomb proof sight it will never let you down. I have seen a few black golds not be able to stand up to being dropped. I have seen spot hog hold up under tremendous beatings and falls. Maybe a tad heavier but better sight.

29/70 453 grain arrow 5 mbg sight i can gi to 130 yards before getting contact, make sure to adjust everything for ling range before sighting in or you will run out of room.

Every rangefinder has some little stuff about it. The key is matching your tape to your rangefinder. The best for slope adjustment are the Leupold FullDraw, but they are pricey.

I like shooting a three pin. If something starts moving in at full draw, you have to float your pin or let down to adjust your site, which is always risky.

Have you tried 7 yards less than your Chrono speed and see if it's money? For tape

Hitting high means you are shooting fast… might try 298.5-299 fps tape. Shooting low would mean your tape is a little slow…

Love the vertical pin set up. Been hunting with one for over 20 years.
My HoggFather sight was converted from a single pin to a double pin housing.
My first pin is 30, making 2nd pin at 43. Or if 1st pin set at 50, 2nd pin at 65 yards.

Have the same sight . Awsome. Especially if you need to adjust elevation you can micro adjust the whole housing.

I’ve used the AAE MAX STEALTH at 2 degrees straight offset. Black Eagle Carnivore shafts. 150 grain up front. Great flight. Haven’t used a two pin but a 3 pin horizontal set 25-35-45 @ 276 fps. The straight offset hits like 1”+ higher than a 3 degree helical at 40 yards, when I’m having a good day shooting lol.

I run the Dual Trac sight on my SR350 and the Centermass Dual Trac on my Core SR just like you are. I was a Spot Hogg Fast Eddie Double Pin user until I shot the Black Gold Dual Trac. Highly recommend. My favorite feature of the Dual Trac is the ability to adjust my bottom pin.

Good shooting and video. I've shot mostly MBG sights the last 7-8 years. Durability and sight tape visibility are stellar, jist wish their sights could adopt a different scope like a dark owl...
Also, on vanes, I've been very impressed the last 12 months with the Q2i small shield fletchings. Quiet in flight and the vane material itself is quiet and low profile

I got a HHA tetra ryz sight for my "target bow" and I was impressed! I've never sighted in a bow so quickly! I got my 20 sighted perfect, then got marks for 50 and 70. Found the appropriate tape and was off to the races! It was so accurate I felt comfortable shooting out to 107. Now I'm trying to figure out how to get a 2 pin to work for hunting. I think having the top pin start at 30 is going to be a good start

I have been running the 3pin pro for hunting and the Dual Trac for 3D and target and they are hard to beat. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive either, have a ton of features, and the ease of use and tuning is top notch.
A tip for the Dual Trac, or any BG sight if you prefer, I had trouble seeing the bubble clearly with the pins right behind it, so I installed my bubble up top. BG sight rings are ambidextrous use, so I bought fatter 8x20mm bubbles off Amazon, and a new white ring and installed the bubble up top. For me it was a big upgrade since I don't have to focus so hard on making sure my bubble is level.
    Another great video, appreciate them.

DCA Mini Sabers...I have been running them and have great performance out of them at a 3 degree helical.

Nice part on that sight you can adjust the bottom pin. On the old bow I had it buried to the bottom and my gap was 15 yards. So depending on your speed you could set it to a fixed gap that you want. For what ever reason I have issues picking up the red fiber but get a good blur and target focused so still hitting where I need to. Hind site S&S Archery sells them with a green yellow combo. I'm also considering going to an HHA Ryz dual. The HHA does not have an adjustable bottom pin.

Nice video man! I love having a two pin vertical sight. Having the micro adjust bottom pin i have mine set right at 40. Top pin at 25. That way i have 0-50 covered without needing to guess too much or move the dial. I use the bottom pin as my floater so i can get more distance out of it for 3D events. I have that pin as a .010 for long bombs

Looks like a quality sight. I will be running a landslyde this year, which will be my first vertical pin sight. I would love to see some tests with the bohning air vane, which I will also be running this year on Victory RipXV shafts in 4 fletch configuration. On paper the air vanes seem like a great option for small diameter shafts for Tac or other events where you want lower vane height. Can't find any videos where they are actually tested.

I really like a movable sight like that, but they really take some time and effort getting the yardage tape perfected. I hunt whitetail deer and use a fixed pin set up, but when it comes to 3d shoots, I prefer a sight like yours. Your long range accuracy is impressive!

Yeah I tried that sight when it came out because I've never used a vertical pin site and wanted to try something different. I haven't taken it off my main bow yet really shoot it well. If those are the silencers I've shot that with silent knights for quite some time excellent sticks. Wondering why you weren't using your bottom pin to shoot the longer distance?
