I’ve copied your zip lock bags and put all my projects in bags. Yesterday all my craft magazines were sorted and disposed off. It’s great getting a ‘little’ space 😂

Watching your vlog is always inspiring me. Today I made rhubarb juice, planted some potatoes into my raised beds and now I cast on a pair of shorty socks for my son. Thanks for sharing your life with us all! Greetings from Germany 👋
A nice way to end my day! I do know that mama ducks will adopt orphans. We once knew of a mama merganser that ended up adopting two or three orphaned ducklings. They followed her everywhere, and she had 21 babies to keep track of. They were delightful to watch.
I’m so glad you enjoyed the vlog 😘 I had hoped the mama of three would adopt the lone duckling earlier in the week, but unfortunately she didn’t. I think she’s actually down to two now. It’s amazing how quickly the ducklings and goslings are growing. 🐣
Just wondered, Tracey, do you think those Space Max Vacuum bags would be useful reducing the volume, giving you more space to store the yarn in bags? I agree, The Woolbarn Soft Sock is so lovely. X💕
The Space Saver bags are good, but when vacuumed, sometimes form strange shapes. They’re great for storing linens and things that don’t need to be accessed frequently. They were fabulous for our move and allowed me to fit more in boxes. The Wool Barn yarn really is so lovely 🥰
That’s my philosophy as well, why do it now when you know you’ll be able to get more done another day. My craft room is slowly but surely getting there as well, still thankful for the door though. Also, it’s very tempting to pick up some crafty thing and just get going with that, and maybe i have …. As for how many skeins, a lot I think. But as I have never even counted my own stash (as in: how many skeins in a storage bin), I have no idea.
So great to hear you craft room is coming along well too. M not sure I’ve counted how many skeins fit in a bin either. Be sure to put in a numerical guess though for a chance at a wonderful pattern! 🧶
