it's funny that this came before a lot of multiple series events in Marvel Comics like the planet of the symbiotes or fear itself, where everyone got a hammer. Now everyone gets a goopy boy!

That, and lots of other Spider-Man games below: Spider-Man 1-3 Ultimate Spider-Man Shattered Dimensions Edge of Time I recommmend you play the entire thing, Penny, since you described the new Spider-Man 2 as a bit of a spiritual successor with its open-world city setting and the switch between the red and blue suit and the Symbiote skin. Because of another youtuber, I can't call this Spider-Man, Spider-Man, but just Sigma-Man, the dialogues make me laugh sometimes here and Peter sounds a little like a cheeto girl
I remember this was the first game that was too good for my family computer to handle so at some point i got a new on (also i think it might be my first PEGI 12 game). Not my fauvorite Spider-Man game, it got some major issues, gameplay wise i think it kinda got a problem with how empty the world is and how there is a lot of those side missions where you do one thing, but fighitng and movement is pretty fun. I like a lot of presentation things in that one, love how some of the classic costume Spider-Man's attacks are very anime and over the top, as well as black costume have really cool attacks. Story i don't remember that well because i played it mostly when i couldn't understand english but it is kinda wacky. Like i feel they tried to make something more serious and darker but it also have a lot of quite cartoony elements and its all kinda clashes. And as somebody who ended up comic book nerd i really like how it feels placed in wider Marvel universe with all the other characters (and even the fact Sentry's Watchtower is on top of Stark building, its so weird that they even put it here but also... kinda cool) And man, do i relate to the "being in a phase where if i saw some dude giving a bad review to a movie/game its of course means that thing is BAD" thing
