Beautiful home! Landscaping is phenomenal! Big thumbs up! Shows they care about their end product. Love the floor plan and they have it displayed very nicely, exceptional decor. Love that the children’s bedrooms are not in the front of the house, but rather tucked away behind the garage. They might consider a half wall at the entrance. A home as nice as this one needs a proper entry way set aside. It wouldn’t take from the living room space at all. They could put the air register vent into the half wall, and have it open to both sides of the wall to allow air from it to flow into the living room and entry way. The main bedroom’s on-suite does need a bathtub. It really shouldn’t be an add on. The sunroom is gorgeous! I just love the sunroom! Thank you for sharing this one, Timothy! The modular homes from this company are overall the best we’ve seen! They all seem to be well thought out and the finishes are pretty good quality. They’ve done a great job of showcasing different finishes and options that can be applied to other homes, too. And your showmanship skills help make sure we don’t miss anything.
FINALLY a manufacturer that has emerged from the rest! That utility rm is FANTASTIC! This is how ppl live. I love the layout as there is no wasted space from design. I was sl bummed that there was no dedicated space for a lg upright freezer but the garage is right there so you could put a freezer out there. I'd buy this hm for sure. Its gorgeous from the outside too. It does not look like a modular hm with its roof line and bump outs. Love this! Thx Tim for the wonderful tour! When can we see the kids (baby)? Hey Timothy! Good video. Have to say I think the price is too high, but then most things are! Now for what I'd change. #1) I'd probably use the Sunroom as my Library Music Studio Office Room with a small sitting area with a small gas fireplace or stove. The room would have to be closed off from the dining room of course, and soundproofed, being the Music & Studio Room too. Might just add a small room onto the Sunroom to separate my Music Studio Room from the Library Office Room. It really would work better that way. With the books I have and the piano and keyboard I have and the other instruments I want to get and don't have room for, I really need an area of 20' wide and 40' long, and not sure that would be enough! Yes, I have a lot of books! #2) We'd add a gas fireplace, or a wood-burning fireplace to the Living Room. Probably where the entrainment center is shown, and put the TV over the fireplace. I don't know if we'd go for a basement or not. If not, that area would be a storage closet. #3) Only three things I'd change in the kitchen. I'd want a gas cook stove. The microwave would have to be moved as it's too high for me to reach over the stove like that. As I can't climb I can't use a stool to reach it either. So I think I'd have it moved over by the refrigerator, but don't know if I'd have it mounted under the cabinet or just set on the counter. I'd put wheels on that island! I think the island is okay, not too big this time, and I kinda like it's shape too; but I do want to be able to move it when I have to use my wheelchair. I Love the Pantry, not as big as the one I saw yesterday, but still a nice size. The Dining Room is nice. And I would indeed put my Grandma's China Cabinet on that wall, just like you said! #4) As we don't really need guest bedrooms (no overnight visitors in over 20 years!), we'd probably combine the two and make a GYM out of them. I actually Love that Guest Bathroom! But I think if the option is available we'd put in a tile shower with a door and a bench seat instead of the tub/shower installed. I have to remove the shower from the MB. There's plenty of room around the commode area in the guest bathroom too, so I can use it instead of going to our MB if necessary. #5) The Master Closet is a very good size, and it's Not in the Bathroom! Not a deal breaker either way, but I'd much rather it Not be in the bathroom itself. In the Master Bathroom I'd have to remove the shower and put in a handicapped tub/shower combo. There's not enough room around the commode area so would also have to remove the cabinets next to the commode. The other cabinets by the door is enough. #6) In the utility room...that space by the connecting door to the foyer, it's also the door next to the garage, I would remove that cabinet and counter and put an upright freezer in that space. I would also close that door into the foyer and lock it so there would be more space for the freezer. That door is unnecessary if you ask me. We might remove it completely instead of just locking it. Have to think about that. I'm glad the garage is included in the plans and cost of the house. We would add a storage area in the garage though. Carpets in the Living Room and Bedroom and small sitting area in the Library only. Oh yeah! I like the Pocket Doors on the inside room doors! That front porch is okay lengthwise, but way too narrow. You could get some chairs and a small table out there, but with you sitting in those chairs no one would be able to walk around you! Now you could put a swing at each end of the porch the way it is and be okay - you could even have a long-distance conversation with each other that way! Wouldn't be comfortable though, at least not to me. So that porch needs to be wider. But we'd also want a porch all the way around the house going around the Sunroom and to the garage. Some of the porch would be enclosed and some just covered. Again, Timothy, good video! And very nice looking house. Except, I think the front door, even though it is pretty, would look better if it was the same color as that outside siding, the reddish color. Not sure wish Color it is though, mahogany or burgundy maybe? Or just red for all I know. I liked it though. So anyway, God bless you and your family, Timothy!
Floorplan at 2:57. Laundry is well considered, even if it lacks a mirror over the sink.... Island is weird. The bedroom cord recess was great only if there is surge protection.
This is a great home, wonderful exterior, lots of charm.. Love the style and color of the doors... Plenty of room in the kitchen, loved the island. I can't see anything wrong with it. Pretty close to perfect, in my opinion. The bonus morning room is nice... Love the video

If you wouldn't have said it was a modular I would never have guessed that was a modular. They make some really nice homes. I'd be willing to pay that price for that home as it sits. That was really nice. I might have to see if they have anything set up in the Idaho location and go film them.
Very nice place. I pretty much like it as toured except for some changes. The one part of the porch needs to be deeper...you could put a rocker out there but you could not rock in it unless you put it sideways. Make it deeper and also wider. I'd have to have an added room on the back but not a Sun Room, more a Family Room for the TV. Have dual pocket doors to close it off, make it private if wanted. Leave the Living area for guests that just want to visit. The real usable area of that Living Room is not large. The Kitchen is great except the Microwave over the Range. Maybe have a shelf for one just inside the Pantry door. The Master Bath as toured has a "Skinny Butt" toilet area. In the plans there is no Linen cabinet next to the toilet. Just put a separation wall between the Vanity and then center the toilet in that area. You might even want to make the Vanity a tad narrower for more wall and toilet room. Other than those things I think it is great. Oh, one more thing, I'd find a large Coat Closet more useful in the Utility room than the hooks and bench. It could be for coats and used partially as your Broom Closet. You have to have a place for your broom, vacuum, and mopping stuff.
I love the layout and all the perks! I would put a huge garage past that room off the laundry room! Get rid of all the carpeting! Put a fireplace in the livingroom! I love that huge built-in refrigerator!
This home is flawless and checks every box on my list! Just beautiful, thanks Timmy, great vid! I love the wraparound porch idea off of that sunroom that you suggested. Oh, the ‘credenza’ is likely an office or media piece, so I would suggest calling it a ‘buffet’ or ‘server’. God bless!!!

I did not bother to watch, the price kept me from looking. The sheds and barns are looking better. But there still are some affordable companies who make somewhat affordable modules. I guess some are raising the prices more and more because they know the prices will be falling. I'll wait Thanks for sharing Tim.
Why the homes always have open floor plans? You stand at the front, there's everything in one great big area...........living room, kitchen and dining room.
OK ! If you add a ridge blade wind generator and solar panels to the roof, and put it on 5 acres with its own water well, I'll take it ! Oh and could you make it a three-car garage please instead of two ?

The word you were looking for is probably buffet. “ Room for a buffet in the dinning area”.
The living room is so short on space for furnishings the "Optional" Sun or Day room is a necessity. Nice, but not my favorite. Like the exterior look.
