It's easy to hate her, especially in the first seasons because the producers frame her like an overly spoiled brat having to face reality but really she just acted the way she was raised, the way any noble lady was raised. Her only fault was being too sheltered for the cruelty of the Lannisters, something that one can also see in Arya, who also lacks social skills in the beginning of her journey
Friendly reminder that the show doesn’t even cover all the things Sansa had to endure because a lot was too graphic to happen on screen to a child. Namely, after Ned’s death Sansa is in shock and all up in hysteria, and Maester Pycelle decides she’s “sick” and needs treatment. So she is stripped naked and held down by her maids as Pycelle “investigates” her full body for illness to see what’s causing her “sickness”. She was literally held down and molested by Pycelle, and she was in such a state of shock that she never even realizes what happened to her.
