Will "Destiny Rising" be the next Diablo Immortal?

Destiny Rising is the long rumored Destiny Mobile game from NetEase. But inevitably after the reveal of the game recently the comparisons to Diablo Immortal loom large over the game. The questions about monetisation aren't the only things that have raised eyebrows. The alternate universe that Destiny Rising exists in has caused some odd stirs and some of the narrative choices in this Dark Age iteration of Destiny already seem to be questionable.
