    In this video I will be unboxing and do some initial testing of the FogBuster.
    This system is used to deposit small amounts off coolant without atomizing.
    This way the shop stays clean, and my lungs keep working, so they say.

    Great video and good to finally meet you.
    Nothing wrong with your english. It's my native language and I have to do multiple takes because I can't get it right.
    Keep up the good work mate.

    I like your channel, famously telling and to the point. With English but I'm not very friendly, but the good UA-cam that half can be understood without words, thank you!
    (Мне нравится твой канал, классно рассказываешь и по делу. С английским правда я не очень дружу, но чем хорош Ютуб, что половину можно понять и без слов, спасибо!)

      Maybe Ebay..

    • @Matusovsky
      @Matusovsky 9 років тому +1

      Perhaps through Ebay will be cheaper and faster, and even free shipping. Thank you suggested convenient option. Immediately order a wholesale, I think many of my friends come in handy.
      P.S. By the way I think of buying BF 20 CNC, although it would be better Grizzly G0704, but the two do not give problemmy to do it:
      1. Mark on Grizzly G0704 in inches
      2. In Russia it does not deliver, or deliver, but expensive

      Well there will be more machining video's. I'm in need of some parts for my new router.
      But most of my video's are some sort of 'how to' video's, and on metal machining i'm just a rooky.. So you should also make more video's to get me to the right level :)

    Ik frees dan ook wel eens die alu panelen voor de binnenvaart.. 2 norzeltjes heel kort op de 2,... 2,5...3 of 4 mm beitel en gewoon blazen. 0,2 mm per keer diepte. Met zon systeem gaat het natuurlijk stuk beter. Misschien iets voor mijn andere cnc

    • @RoboCNCnl
      @RoboCNCnl  9 років тому

      Inderdaad Ralf, die methode gebruik ik ook op mijn portaal frees...
      Op de metaal bank is dit gewoon makkelijk, die kan goed tegen de vloeistoffen.

    Glad to see you in the video, keep it up, your English will improve exponentially! I've been looking at fogbuster, they obviously use a filter housing for the coolant tank and I wonder how difficult it would be to make my own nozzle system. I've been using ethanol like Datron do but using a cheap airbrush for delivery, not sure if I will end up drunk or not. How is the Fenella? Does it smell OK?

    • @RoboCNCnl
      @RoboCNCnl  9 років тому

      Thanks buddy !
      And indeed it will be good for my English, and I think people should be glad that I at least try..
      Well i don't think it would be really hard to make, and there are already DIY project to be found on this subject. The whole deal on this system is to pressurize the tank (indeed a aquarium filter i guess). This way the droplets do not atomize as they will in an airbrush (as it's supposed to).
      The fenella does not smell but is labeld with the X (Harmful ):
      R 53 May cause long-term adverse effects in the aquatic environment.
      R 65 Harmful: may cause lung damage if swallowed.
      R 66 Repeated exposure may cause skin dryness or cracking.
      Well let's say im not an expert, but they do sell this shell together with the FogBuster at Sorotec

    • @littlestworkshop
      @littlestworkshop 9 років тому

      RoboCNC Frees- & Graveerwerk Thanks for the info. The clever bit must be in the head as they are doing something to the pressurised stream to create droplets rather than just a constant flow. I might just order one from Sorotec as life is short :)

    • @RoboCNCnl
      @RoboCNCnl  9 років тому

      I do think the clever bit is to pressurize the fluid to the same pressure as the airflow...
      I think this is why the droplets stay bigger then when you drop a normal droplet into an airstream.. But well I have no mist system to compare it to, so maybe your up :)

  • @DavidKirtley

    Your English is just fine. You might think about where you put the container. It will be hard to see when it is empty and doesn't look convenient to fill it.

    • @RoboCNCnl
      @RoboCNCnl  9 років тому +1

      Thank you David.. !
      I think filling will be fine when done like done in this video, just take off the bottom part. Indeed using the filler cap will be impossible now..
      I did think of putting it higher, behind the mill, but its a small shop, and i have to make use of every little corner.. :)

      i have a noga minicool mc3000 series with 2 nozzles and works very good! however fogbuster system i see its another good idea and the fluid tank its awesome!

    • @RoboCNCnl
      @RoboCNCnl  9 років тому +1

      Thanks Eugenio Villaverde !
      I have been looking at that system to, and think both will work fine the same way.
      It's the fact this one is supposed to keep the mist/fog in the shop down that made me go for this system.
      I have a very small shop, and its not only metalworking, but also wood, and even finishing, so i want to keep the oils at the mill :)

    • @EugenioVillaverde
      @EugenioVillaverde 9 років тому

      Or for the FogBuster?
      Well RoboCNC can be found on all social media platforms, and RoboCNC.nl
      The Fogbuster is bought at Sorotec in germany. (I'm from The Netherlands)

      Het is een systeem om te koelen, smeren en spanen weg te blazen tijdens het frezen. Vooral in metalen en aluminium ontstaat veel hitte, en dat moet gekoeld en gesmeerd worden. Meestal gebeurt dit met een stortvloed aan koelwater, maar dat geeft een rommel. Dit systeem is vrij nieuw, en werkt met een klein beetje vleoistof, en veel lucht.

    The output cap on the water housing looks like a special 2 outlet piece for the small tubing. I can see the liquid pickup tube goes down to the housing bottom, but where does the air tube pick up air? Does the nipple on the output cap connect to a tube on the inside? Or is it just open to the air at the top of the container inside?

    • @RoboCNCnl
      @RoboCNCnl  8 років тому

      It is just open... The air pressure for the nozzle is the same as the pressure as in the container.
      The regulator sets this pressure and is used for two reasons, 1 the air pressure to one of the outgoing lines and do push the coolant (at the same pressure) out of the fluid line. (Make sure to subscribe btw ;) )
