ok so I want to know, If the VA does not have a ghost or haunted house criteria in their handbook, should I ask my lender if they can roll séance costs in with the closing costs and vendor fees? and if this is not possible can I at least claim the ghosts as dependents for compensation purposes or is that a question for Dwayne? lmao
Thank you for watching! The ghost thing is funny! If you're referring to closing costs - lenders can't "roll" in closing costs outside the VA Funding fee on a purchase. You can ask the sellers to give you a credit for closing costs or bid over the asking price and ask for a seller credit. The compensation question would be for Dwayne lol!
