Sadness is what I feel when i hear this song... Knowing I'll never hear such a heavenly adaptation of music in a video game ever again. Two Betrayals was one of the best missions in halo series and nothing comes close to the epic scale of goosebumps you recieve when you walk up that snow.

The picture of Truth & Reconciliation's most exciting part of the level is a great shot and surreal to me considering I always saw it in 1st person. Wow, I am one of those guys that never bought anything past Halo 2. Kinda old school, never got a 360 or One. Still on the old game - I play shit like Jagged Alliance 2 or old school Starcraft so Halo: Combat Evolved still seems fresh to me. With all that being said, I always loved when this tune came on during Truth & Reconciliation and seeing that shot of the scene there where you and your Marines storm that Covenant stronghold. I always hopped on this one boulder with my sniper rifle and would jump and shoot domes, it took like 15 mins but I kept my Marines alive and I even managed to beat it on Legendary a couple times (Any many reloads).
Walking up that snow and trying to make that final run across several battles with covenant and flood and you’re the only human that has to cross this alone

the shame is i played it 2 days ago,and.... there is no single human on the multiplayer :( it almost made me cry from child memories, i would really want to bring back the online,but people rather plays stupid cods and gtas :(
Don Guffo You don't really have to download the Custom Edition. The original servers for the game went down, but there is an official patch that you can download. It will work for Halo PC and it's the same as the original multiplayer :) Download it at www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/64943622/0/0/0/0
In retrospect, no. I still cringed at the low-attention effort they put in to their "EXTENDED" version, though. It's on par with nightcore. Maybe it's just missing another ten loops? :thonk:
halo will always be my favorite fps on console but they honestly killed the game after halo reach anytime i play the new halo games out there it just doesnt feel like halo anymore to this day though halo 2 will always be the shit and the best halo ever created
