I have interview anxiety
been applying for a year and a half for a job but after like consistent interviews I started to serious panic attacks to the point where I'm paralyze can't even apply to job application anymore.
purplediamondify face those fears, take action... realize you May have an anxiety attack and accept it... taking on a “fu** it” attitude... it’s the only way to get past it

I'm deeply in gratitude for the motivation this video gave me. This video (the 2nd) and the 1st one I saw (I think the youtube channel removed it from youtube, but it was from another channel). Back in Year 10 of school (September2018-June2018) I was living in a depression and in fear, and it was the worst year of my life (I also had 3 suicidal attempts), the video motivated me to face my greatest fear (the bullies I have had for 4 years on my old school), and most of my depression was gone. And I am also grateful for the depression and the bullies, they gave me a purpose to help thousands of people, problably as a Psychotherapist, but not just any Psychotherapist, one that is outstanding, one that will help thousands of people who go through problems like stress, depression and other mental illnesses. If it wasn't for the depression, I woudn't have this passion for Psychology, I thank my past. Future goal, here I come!

I think the best approach to life is to not question its purpose/meaning, because no baby is born knowing his/her own purpose. The baby will create his/her own life's meaning as he/she grows/mature into adulthood. I think the most beautiful approach to life is just like Taoism: Going with the flow without resisting its currents. By adapting and being like water; water can crash, but water is also soft, like human emotions.

Yes this is so true. For so long ive been scared. Fears haunted me. A bad relationship I faced them. I allowed myself to be hurt and depressed for months. Until today and these videos. I realize he still had to control if I was still depressed and hurt. Not worth it.

Thank you sir. I have fear, too much pride to overcome it. I have talents but my anxiety is in control as a result of pride, fear. Unfortunately I believe some of us are born with these attributes - but we can't go on blaming it or our parents or forefathers for it Conclusion: Right now I am stranded. I'm on my island- the ships are chugging past to rescue me but I miss the boat each time. Not because I wave away the ships sailing by. I don't see. I can't feel. I can't make sense of what's in front of me. I am on No Man's Land I take it. Thank You ... in my moment of silence listening to you I see that I have the courage inside of me to overcome fear. It's my choice I think you're telling me. "I am brave. I am courageous." That will be my simple mantra from tomorrow. I will speak it. Then envision it. I'm literally sick of this feeling. But at least I still "love me". The sliver of light that is keeping me afloat - only just. This sickness of fear is bound to destroy others around me. But you have turned the sliver of light in the recesses of my mind even brighter. Thank you sir for renewing the spirit of my mind. I'll keep you posted.
