During lock down l bought and read Consecration to St Joseph by Fr Donald Calloway. It's a wonderful book. It helped lead me to be baptised and confirmed into the Holy Catholic Faith. Thank you St Joseph and for your sons Divine Mercy.
I’m one of those whose faith has deepened by watching Explaining the faith. I was a devout Catholic, who always prays the holy rosary and Divine Mercy daily, goes to Sunday Mass. My love for my faith and Holy Eucharist is more meaningful each day by being connected to the National Shrine of Divine Mercy as Marian Helper. I go to mass daily in our parish, but I also join the live streaming of the Holy Mass, the 3pm Divine Mercy and 5pm Holy Rosary. My day is not complete if I can’t join the live streaming. Fr. Don Calloway is conversion to Catholism and his passionate accounts of Blessed Mother is very inspirational. My devotion to Divine Mercy and our Blessed Mother helps me bring my family closer to our Lord. I thank Fr. Chris Alar, Fr. Anthony, Fr. Kaz, Fr. Bob and all the MIC priests and seminarians for the everything they do each day. Thanks Fr. Bob for listening to my confession during Divine Mercy Sunday. My husband and did pilgrimage a few times already. Each time I felt the Divine Grace. Forever grateful 🙏❤️🕊📿💐
Thank you Fr Chris and Fr Don. So blessed personally meeting both of you last November. Beautiful story of Adela and Fermin. ♥️Thank you Fr Bob Fr Tyler and Fr Dan. St Joseph pray for us. Praying for you Fr Chris your Mom’s healing and family. God bless you MIC and everyone 🙏♥️
I agree with Adela & Fermin (the couple presented in this video). After watching Fr. Chris' Explaining the Faith videos especially the one where he explained the mass, I now also celebrate the mass with more zest. I digest every word spoken by the priest especially before and during consecration. Every video in Explaining the Faith brings me closer to knowing and loving God, and has made my Catholic faith deeper. I always share what I've learned from Fr. Chris to my family and we practice what we learn from it. I thank God for giving us Fr. Chris, Fr. Don and all the MIC priests, and brothers. All of you are always in my prayers. Thank you so much for all you do. God bless.🙏
I needed to hear this. Life has been difficult financially, mentally, emotionally, in my health, business, and in losing Loved Ones recently called to Heaven. I have no relationship with my dad and in the past 3 years there has been a distance between my step dad and I. I love him, and he has been a good dad yet, the the bond we once had has been strained from the jealousy we had from my step sisters, so I feel like I am missing something. Yesterday when I came home from work, I walked into the kitchen and St Joseph came to mind. With Fr Chris reminding us tomorrow is Father's Day, it brings something more- I may feel alone without a dad physically- there is something more I have in St. Joseph. Thank you, Fr Chris🙏🏻
Julie You Are Not Alone sounds like you're reading my mail similar situation for me in 2012-13 lost my mom my mother's two sisters my brother and my oldest daughter the greatest challenge of my life was not losing my mind that's when I came back to Jesus he's been carrying me along way thank God the sadness never goes away but Father's Day will come and go and you'll get through it peace and love to you don't let go of Jesus.🌻
@@DivineMercy_Official thank you so much! Sadly it seems the more I pray, the more challenges I face from circumstances and others. It's not that I am complaining, for I know Jesus has endured so much more. I pray for a better understanding and more importantly a spirit of reminding myself.... it's not my will of when things will get better, however it's God's will. Thank you. Being here is what brings me peace.❤️🙏🏻💜
This is most appropriate tfor today's world. Thanks to you and Fr Don Calloway St Joseph has got his right place at last. I love to hear Fr Don talk about St Joseph in his inimical appealing style!!! God bless you, Rev Fr Don and your congregation always Amen Bangalore India 17/6/22
For me it was Fr Alar’s Divine Mercy image on the doorpost vid, which led me to watch What Heaven is Like. The soul changing vid was Mass Explained. I shudder when I think about how lukewarm I was just a few years ago. Fr Alar gave up everything to help bring souls to Jesus. Praise be to God Almighty for ALL our Marian Fathers. PS I’ve had the great honor & pleasure to meet Fr Calloway- an incredibly humble & meek holy man! I have to say this here- because he is such a wonderful Priest!
Thank you Father Chris for all your time and energy you definitely hold the title fischeri of men you caught me I was lost for 50 years viewed one video Kabam I was hooked Line & Sinker you young man are responsible I think I watched all your videos with my addictive personality I Can't Get Enough looking forward to meeting you someday on Earth or in heaven peace and love brother I love you.
Advance HAPPY FATHERS’ DAY to all the MIC priests…Thank you for bringing so much LIGHT & CLARITY into our Faith & Love for our Savior JESUS, our Blessed Mother MARY & our spiritual father Blessed St JOSEPH✨🕊💖🌷
I have noticed an urge to get closer to st Joseph , it started last year as I was in search of a statue of him. I felt that he deserved more attention. St Joseph , the man that raised our Lord Jesus. If God trusted St Joseph with the up bringing of his beloved son, it must be a great man
This is a beautiful presentation of St. Joseph, thanks to Fr. Don for making him known to us in a most appealing way. His silence makes me imitate him specially in contemplation at the same time ask him to protect all women from all harm. Thanks also to Fr. Bob for sharing his call to the priesthood and his love for Mary. Thanks to Adela and Fermin for coming back to their faith nourish by the spiritual talks of Fr. Chris. Thanks to all the support from the Marian Fathers and to everyone who make this episode worth remembering in our spiritual journey. God bless you all.
It is a treat to see Father Calloway who wrote the book about Consecration to St. Joseph. His book helped me to memorize the Litany to St. Joseph. I never heard the story Father Cambra told. Thank you for that. I was most pleased to see Father Vennetti who I met at my first visit to the Shrine of Divine Mercy almost six years ago.
My heart cries with the Cristan family. It is also through the live streaming.mass which drew me to the Divine Mercy .Then Fr. Cris keeping calling to be a Marian member. Thank you Fr. Chris for all. Love this episode.
I’m so glad that finally St Joseph has been recognised in our Catholic Church as he played a very important role in Jesus’s life. I always ask Mama Mary and St Joseph to intercede. Well explained Fr Don Beautiful testimonies Thanks and God bless Fr Chris
Thank you Father Calloway. You’re a ROCKSTAR. God bless you. Thank you Father Chris for this series, LIVING DIVINE MERCY. I only recently became familiar with it around episode 35 (Fr Stu), so I’ve got a lot of catching up to do. Now it’s permanently programmed into my DVR. Like the couple in this episode, everything changed when I heard Father Chris speak Spring 2022. Mille Grazie God bless you.
My life also changed when watching one of the first Explaining the Faith videos - the one with the consecration to Mary (Mary, the Gift of God's Mercy I think) - no 33 days, no preparation, but it was from the heart. I also realized I need to start praying the Rosary daily, even when I admit, I really disliked it. It was so miraculous that I was even freed from my worst vice, that I needed to overcome first to come to God, I was a hopeless case. God is definitely doing powerful things through those consecrations if necessary.
Thank you Fr. Chris and Fr. Calloway. Like the featured couple, my life has also been tremendously influenced by the Explaining the Faith series. I used to be very angry towards non- and anti-Catholics going on and on against Mary, Saints, Purgatory, idolatry, the Pope, priests being call "Father", the Holy Rosay, "Bible alone" ideas and other notions. I felt that they were studying the Holy Bible to fuel their hatred for what they think the Catholic faith is rather than what the Catholic faith actually is. Learning about our faith and about The Divine Mercy, I now look at them not with anger but with Mercy, entrusting them to God who is Love and Mercy Itself, praying that The Holy Spirit may enlighten them and, at the same time, strengthening us, Catholics. In Jesus' Name.
Listening to the story of the couple that has been brought closer to Jesus is inspiring. My husband and I have struggled in our relationship for years. Lately I have felt a draw to St. Joseph. I feel hopeful that our relationship will heal. St. Joseph please pray for us. Father Chris and all Marians do continue with these inspirational talks.
NT, I just want to tell you to keep praying, especially asking our Blessed Mother Mary to intercede for you. Besides praying I started going to adoration at our parish. That's where I felt to closest to God. At home I put the image of Devine Mercy in our livingroom and bedroom. By our door I put holy water, so everytime we leave our house my husband and I bless each other. I really feel that with these things I incorporated into our lives God has blessed us with many graces. I pray that you and your husband can work through your problems. Love your sister in Christ!
I had for a long time considered St Joseph to be the 'forgotten saint'. I'm glad that this has now been rectified. However, some time ago Pope John XIII added his name to the Canon of the Mass. He is one of 2 male saints who is listed above the Apostles in the Litany of the Saints [the other is John the Baptist]. I did the Consecration to St Joseph in the spring of 2021 [March 29 to April 30]. It can be done any time of year, the obvious dates to start would be February 14 or March 29 [to end on the vigil of one of the 2 feasts of St Joseph]. However it could be started to finish on a feast of the Lord or Our Lady, your own patron saint or perhaps on Sept 29, to finish on the Vigil of All Saints.
Happy for this couple. I too, have learned much from Fathers: Alar and Calloway, and even other priests on you tube. Thank you Divine Mercy.
Ever since I lost my dad, I've felt the urge to get closer to St. Joseph. I pray for his guidance in the absence of my earthly father.
Same 🥺

I thought the OT Joseph story was linked to the Papacy because the Pharaoh gave Joseph his signet ring.
Interestingly, there are also stories of Joseph of Aramethia and the chalice or holy grail.
Isn't that from the Gospel of James?
Thank you
