Soreness is not an indicator of muscle growth if you are pushing your sets hard enough while having a good mind muscle connection you are making progress
as a begginer can i switch to ppl 1 week later after i join the gym....my weight is 74kg and i have fat in my belly,lats and thai....i will join 12th june.....plz help Saket bro
No don't.....use full body workout splits for 4 to 5 months and then increase the volumes gradually. PPL is a very tough split which is for advanced to intermediate trainees.

I have questions that a new boy which is doing gym but first 2 months i have done like wrong training like doing many sets and exercise also and was taking 3 hours or 3 hours 30 min and I was not able to take rest aslo my rest time was 30 seconds or 1min and after completing a part then I take 3 to 4 minutes rest for another 😅 muscle part my sets now My back 21 sets i know it's too much but I was hitting full back so every muscle part can grow now I want to switch on Saket Gokhale traning but what if my body doesn't build muscle because it is used to of these heavy sets I know I have to go failure in Saket style but what is my my body is not taking that😢 like taking only 3 exercises and 3 sets and going to failure in every sets I should do it gradually or I can change my routine suddenly Saket please help me

Do upper lower if youre gonna do 4days. Or do fullbody 3days and on day 4 do arms (if you want). You get to do your badminton in between rest sets but I would recommend you do 2days fullbody since badminton is also taxing on your body (not as much as weight lifting tho) but yeah :)

Change you whole workout completely and try super sets, drop sets or light weight high reps etc.

I workout with bodyweight. Agar main core workout k din leg raises k sath, har ek rep me hip raise bhi karu to kya injury ho sakta hain.
No hip ko up karke round karne se he abs jada engage hoge. You can also do lying leg raises on the floor or table.
