Nro how to open the unit, when i open the unit, it only appears the clock, dont know how open it and setup

Does the Mi Band 4 automatically sync the data like steps calories etc to the app and does it then auto syncronise the data to Apple Health?
Yes it will, during the setup process, mi fit app will ask you to connect to apple health to get the data.
Lyntech Studio That’s good but will the watch automatically synchronise the data to the mi fit app without you going on the app and your phone? Or do you have to go on the app to synchronise the data from the band to the phone?
it should synchronize automatically but based on my experience, sometimes it does sync only upon opening the mi fit app.

It’s not nfc variant, I won’t be able to utilize nfc here in the Philippines.
And by the way nfc variant is still not yet available globally as far as I know.
Hi great video. Do you know if there is a difference in the heart sensor between the NFC and Non NFC version?
I am seeing conflicting information like the below but they are not from official sites.
I saw this information on another site:-
'For the MI Band 5 NFC version it has infrared sensor so when you go to sleep it enters infrared detecting mode automatically, so to answer your question, yes the NFC version has better heart sensors than Non NFC.'
And this from androidpolice.com website review:-
'The NFC model also supports better heart rate tracking thanks to an additional infrared sensor'
So is this information incorrect that the NFC version has better sensor?
both variants have infrared sensor that can detect your sleep in 24 hours.

Hi sir. Is the running function accurate even without gps? I want the ability to jog without my phone for gps just rely on the watch but itself. Ask ko din po ano mas recommend nyo for first time buyer either yung mi band 4 or mi band 5? Mas worth it ba bumili ng mi band 5 over the 4 for first time buyer? Thank you sir!
Accurate naman sir sa jogging base sa xp ko, if you have mi band 4 already don’t upgrade yet.
Ako personally okay na ako sa mi band 4, pero kung gusto mo yung magnetic charging, a bit bigger and brighter screen then buy mi band 5.

No, you don't really need it. If you're after nfc payment you can just use your phone

Wala pa confirmation sir pero di din natin maUtilize ang nfc dito sa pinas. Di pa uso ang cashless transaction using NFC
