INGREDIENTS :
---- PALAK KA NASHTA ----
SPINACH - 20 TO 25 LEAVES
GREEN CHILLI - 2, ROUGHLY CHOPPED
GINGER - 1 INCH
CURRY LEAF - 10 TO 15 LEAVES
DAHI / CURD - ½ CUP
SUJI / RAVA - ½ CUP
WHEAT FLOUR - 1 TABLESPOON
SALT - ½ TSP
CORIANDER LEAVES - 2 TABLESPOON
DRIED RED CHILLI - 2, FINELY CHOPPED
---- RASAM ----
TOMATO - 2, MEDIUM
GARLIC - 5 TO 6 CLOVES
GREEN CHILLI - 1, ROUGLHY CHOPPED
GINGER - 1 INCH
EDIBLE OIL - 1 TABLESPOON
BLACK MUSTARD SEEDS - ½ TSP
CUMIN SEEDS - ½ TSP
HING / ASAFOETIDA - ¼ TSP
CURRY LEAF - 8 TO 10 LEAVES
TAMARIND - 1 TABLESPOON
SALT - 1 TSP
TURMERIC POWDER - ¼ TSP
RASAM POWDER - 3 TABLESPOON
CORIANDER LEAVES - 2 TABLESPOON
