Ho’oponopono" is a Hawaiian word which means -to correct, change or rectify. What is it that we need to rectify? It is memories (thoughts) associated with the past which could be filled with some limiting and Unpleasant feelings. These memories are stored deep within our subconscious mind and often show up as challenges or problems in life.
Ho’oponopono is based on the metaphysical truth that problems are memories that show up in our lives so that we take responsibility to clean our past and free up our mind. Ho’oponopono is a simple process that shows us how to take responsibility for our life and how to start releasing these memories from within us by connecting with our subconscious mind.
