Edit: looked it up myself, was a while back but he did get banned for :"using clients to automate PVP actions, the ban was applied for that" and Jagex confirmed it at the time.

I'd say a lot of the "great" pkers use ahk, they are humans yet they seem to never missclick. They sit there playing runescape all day, no fking way are they Super elite enough not never missclick

How is that against the rules to promote gambling outside of the game? Sounds like an easy lawsuit
"We can remove your access for any reason we want" is in most games' TOS
You can only play RS at Jagex’s discretion, they can literally ban anyone they want for any reason at any time. There is no legal recourse for an account ban. They can’t stop 1013 from running a promotion for an RS gambling site, but he can’t force them to let him play RS.
They don't need any justification to ban you. By playing the game, you agree to the terms that the account you are on is property of Jagex. It is not your property. It's simply in their best interest to let you play with it provided they determine you are not a liability to them. If you promote gambling, you are a liability.
Runescape GP gambling is not permitted.
