First Solo Overnight Hike And Camp In Years On The Appalachian Trail. Using New And Old Gear.

I hiked a short portion of the Appalachian Trail from North Adams Mass to the Long Trail in Vermont. The adventure was a success, just needed to change it up a bit due to losing a knife. Tried the Sea to Summit inflatable pillow, and the Nemo Quasar 3D insulated inflatable mattress. Both were great. A good escape from all the negativity that surrounds us. A well needed break. I wanted to make sure I could do it at 60 years of age. I can....... Many more to follow.
