Ah ha! I've been doing exactly this and always wondered if it was something that any of the top fighters ever did. Question: I've noticed in a lot of your demonstrations, you will often reverse the shot. Meaning you will throw the shot and hit the pell, and then do the exact same motion in reverse. I noticed this specifically when Bryce was filming you teaching Randal an offside technique. Do you think this is a valuable exercise to internalize the mechanics? Comment: something to think about, but if you want people to watch the videos in order, you might find it helpful to throw the sequence number somewhere in the title. A lot of times the video will pop up on the right side of the screen and it'll help people know that it's related and where it fits in the sequence. You can also create a playlist which helps drive home the idea that there's a series of videos. Anyway, just a thought. This is what I've started doing with my spear videos. Great stuff, BTW! I've been waiting years for someone to finally put something like this together.
Thank you for this wonderful contribution to all of us.
Watched all the videos in this set again as a refresher. Good stuff.
Great foundations
Great stuff but could you have picked something a little more scenic for your background
